First time here. Very pleasant atmosphere and service, the cod was just delicious! There’s sitting area, mainly for waiting I presume which is nice. Maybe some small tables and chairs outside would be a nice touch in future? :)
As always, an excellent visit here. Cod and chips x 2 were perfection, crisp, plump fish with lovely fresh cooked chips. My tip if taking home is no salt or vinegar until you get home.
Have been using Mick's fish and chip shop on a regular basis for just under a year the staff are pleasant the fish is always to a high standard and always cooked in front of me the only one thing I would say I've never seen Mick does he exist

Chips were a good size and not too greasy.
Medium cod was reasonably sized, and although a tad greasy on the packaging, was fine once on my plate.
The fish was nice and chunky.
Just moved here, and fancied something a bit different. Micks chips is a proper chippy and the food was excellent would definitely recommend a visit here
Good quality, good value food. Cash only. Telephone orders accepted, just make sure you phone the right branch (Rustington or East Preston) as observed many people who turned up expecting to collect an order and discovered they called the wrong shop.

Huge fish, a chip portion slightly small in comparison - how ever proper hand cut chips. Nice mushy peas. Quick service, reasonable prices

We visited Mick's Chips yesterday after spending an enjoyable day at East Preston beach. The service was very good and the queue outside was very orderly.Their covid-19 policy was adhered to by most people.
It was a busy time and unfortunately they did forget one of my groups orders and also they go
Tucked away off the main road. Some parking outside. Friendly staff. Option for large or small portions fish and chips. Excellent chips and fish good. Did struggle to finish the large portion. Will certainly go again.
