Lovely choices on the menu, food and drinks ordered on line at the table. Very restful, I sat in a comfy armchair by a pretty circular table. Views of Rushden Lakes. Outdoor seating not used as cold.
Service and customer attention 5 stars too.

Never heard of Lago Lounge before. Dropped in for breakfast in Rushden Lakes. Greeted with a swift and warm welcome. The food was delicious and lovely service. Clean and decorated with some interesting pictures. No complaints from me!!
First time at Lago Lounge (and hopefully not the last)!
We've just had a lovely meal for four on Father's Day, and everything from service to price was fantastic.
We went during lunchtime, and Rushton Lakes was extremely busy, but to our surprise, we got sat immediately. Ording was straightforward, you can do this through an app (which is probably the easiest), but we went up to the counter. Food and drink came out quickly (and by a highly polite staff member), and the food was superb. The restaurant is twinned with Kino Lounge (Kettering) because the vibe, menu and decor are much the same. But Kino (like Lago Lounge) is also a fantastic place to meet, eat and relax.
The only minor criticism (which isn't Lago Lounge's fault) is that the parking at Rushton Lakes is a bit of an event.
Lago Lounge is dog-friendly, inclusive, kid-friendly and an all-around pleasing restaurant. Thanks, we'll be back soon.
Lovely quality food at reasonable prices with a menu to suit all tastes. The staff were great and although we stayed long after our meal and sweet, we weren't pestered for the table. Great for an informal date at any time of the day.
Always good service with nice food. Menu has been updated fairly recently so some other choices avaliable.

Went with my Mom and friend for a late lunch. Lovely experience, service staff very friendly, food different and full of flavour and presented well.

The service was very good, all the staff were extremely polite.
There was a disabled person in our party, there was enough room for them to get around and the disabled toilet was in excellent order.
The food was great as were the drinks.
It was very hot outside but the temperature inside was comfortable.

This is always an exceptionally busy place and for good reason. It's quirky character, with bizarre paintings and photographs adorning the walls, and it's refusal to offer a cookie-cutter restaurant experience, means that it stands out beyond many other places to eat and drink.
Food portions are always decent, plenty of options on the menu for vegetarians and those with allergies. Staff always friendly and helpful.
A positive vibe is always present in this place!
Fab venue drinks lovely but fries were just air and no potato in them so tasted just empty and oil fried. Not Lago fault as it's the same in all the chains lounges. Think I will just avoid the fries in future as the rest is awesome.

As always such a great place to go for a meal. Staff are always so friendly and the food there is always tasty and great value. Highly recommend going !!

We called in on a Monday lunchtime and was greeted by a friendly member of staff who offered us a choice of tables. The place was clean with a very different and unusual ambience to it, I say that but I mean in a positive way.
The menu was varied, I settled for the mixed tapas and my wife had a vegetarian option. The price was very reasonable too and the service was excellent. They offered us the choice of going to the bar with table number in hand to place an order or seated at the table with a QR code.
We used the QR code which was easy to use and effective, the only strange part was the option to give a tip at the time of placing the order. Now call me old fashioned but I like to tip depending on the service, poor I won’t and good I will, I’m certainly not tipping ahead of receiving the food.
Another thing I noticed, once the food was received nobody came to the table asking if all was okay, on finishing nobody came to clear anything away. Very minor observation which don’t deserve a deduction on the star rating, maybe a half point so 4.5 from me.
We will eat there again and we will recommend it to friends.

The decor inside is quirky and imaginative, food portions are large and it tasted great too.
I got the veggie sausage sandwich and it was packed with flavour, one of the best brunch items I've had!
Lovely food served by helpful friendly staff. Dairy free food obtained easily and clearly marked when leaving the kitchen so that you know they got your allergy info. Disabled accessible building and toilet. covered seating outside for those nice days.
Visited here for the first time with two young children and staff were so helpful from the moment we entered. There was no queue when we arrived but definitely got busy through the lunch rush and there were people queuing to get a table as we left. They were keen to make sure all allergies were catered for. We didn't take our dog but was all set up to allow dogs to come in too. Had the most amazing mojito there and burger was great! Will be back again!
