Large store with all expected M&S departments including a wonderful food hall and cafe all in a modern environment which gives a nice airy ambiance about things . Everything seemed well stocked and found things easily.

We areived for lunc at 11.45. The place was very busy, however we received within 30 mins which for how busy it was is acceptable. The restaurant team never stopped, each one being efficient as possible and keep customers happy. We had a lovely lunch. Well done all 👏

Went to the cafe. Tea was good and so was the Danish pastry I had. All staff had uniform. Helpful staff. The cafe needs a but of a re vamp. Looked a bit tired. Damaged tables. There was also no saucer with the cups which was odd. Overall not to bad. The store itself was tidy and well stocked.

Love M&S Cafe, the staff is always nice and the coffee is great. The only problem is that this place is getting crowded so easily. Hopefully this issue will be solved soon.

A modern store, with a nicely laid out food section which has plenty of choice. The main part is split between men and women clothes/fashion, with some homewares on the first floor. Also, on the first floor is the cafe. This has a good selection of hot & cold food and drink items, with a good view out of the windows. In these times a great deal of care and thought has gone into the Covid-19 precautions, from social distance markers to hand sanitizer and the person at the door greeting shoppers. A good experience in a safe environment.

Popped in for lunch had a lovely pie and mash with gravy although could have done with some vegetables to complete the meal. My wife had katsu chicken and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Fine.... It had stuff from MandS that could be looked at and bought sedately. If that's the thing you want, its great.

I just wanted to write a review to thank the lovely Julie in the bra fitting section of M and S for her excellent service. She was more than helpful and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect before I purchased. Thank you so much Julie! 5 star service 😊

We visited the store this morning for a bra fitting and even though they were busy, Julie managed to fit us in. The service from Julie was flawless - she was polite, friendly, warm and efficient. She's an absolute credit to the store, thank you Julie.
