I booked in for my birthday and I cannot fault the service. The staff were all very welcoming, the food was lovely, and the birthday treatment was amazing. Milena made my birthday very special and everything we asked, she was so helpful and lovely. The rewards scheme for celebrating my birthday was really good value and I loved our whole visit. I would 100% recommend the restaurant and come back again. Thank you!
Milena was amazing! It was my birthday and she made me feel really special :) I didn’t want a big fuss so she sang quietly and gave me a slice of cake! My partner and I had a lovely experience and the food was great!
We went to Rushden lakes Shopping center for my step daughters 13th birthday and we finished the day off with a TGI Fridays 🤤it was lovely! Charlotte was our main waitress and she was brilliant. They were very busy but she handled her tables with a smile and even made recommendations which where looovely (garlic fries) some of the other waitresses chipped in to and they where just as nice.
The food was amazing 😍 and the atmosphere was brilliant I would definitely go again. Though the prices for 4 of us was quite s chunk of change so would have to make it a special occasion again.
The food was lovely as always.
We are regular visitors and have never been disappointed.
Service was excellent. Milena was serving us and she is always so pleasant and nothing is too much trouble, so thank you.

Rack of ribs wasn't available at the time. Asked for mineral water and got tap water instead. Rest room a bit tired. Otherwise nice

TGI Friday in Rushden Lakes is our favorite place to eat for a quite a long time. The food is great for the most of the times but the atmosphere created by the staff is on another level. They are friendly, always smiling and so welcoming. Milena in particular makes this place special, she brightens this place with her smile from the time we are coming in and she always make us feel so special. My 5 years old daughter who is usually shy, she called her best friend as she always approach us with a smile, jokes and such a great positive energy. Thank you for all the great memories you helped for us to create.
Went here for food and drinks after FlipOut, 2 adults and 1 child. Although not very busy, there was only 1 member of FOH staff working. Milena. She was very efficient and friendly, and clearly hardworking, waiting on all of the tables and making drinks by herself. Food was amazing! We ordered cheesy garlic bread to start, a kids meal, and 2 large sharers to share between 2. It came out quickly and hot and the presentation was bang on. Tasted so good. Hats off to all the staff on shift today, 5* service and food 👌

Food and overall experience was fantastic! Our waitress went above and beyond I’ve never had service like it! A really lovely, chatty girl and she was extremely apologetic for the time the food was taking (I didn’t even think there had been that much of a delay) but the best part for us is when we were paying the bill she found out we were there celebrating a birthday so she asked us to wait a second and returned with a piece of cake and sang their happy birthday song despite us not mentioning the birthday when booking. My best experience at this restaurant so far!
We visited for the first time today for a bottomless brunch and were so surprised with how good the cocktails and food were. The staff were AMAZING, really lovely and accommodating, we couldn't have asked for more. Would highly recommend 10/10

Milena was our server and made every moment at TGI a lovely and enjoyable experience. She and the food exceeded our expectation. We were a party of 6 people and left happy and full.
Food was flavoursome, however a little overpriced for what was served. In todays economic climate and you are out for a midweek date night and you are on a budget I would look elsewhere. The good bits though are that the staff are super friendly and really helpful. There were a few families there when we arrived and they all seemed happy and comfortable. I would go back but there are other venues offering just as good food for less.
Great food, although somewhat pricey compared to other American style diners around. They do the best milkshakes my daughter says!. Staff are friendly. Had to wait a while for table (despite booking in advance) which isn't ideal with my autistic adult son! (Expected table to be ready for time booked!) Otherwise would have given 5 stars as the food is great. X
