Food is always fast, hot and delicious. Prices are becoming exorbitant though! Over £30 for 2 meals.
Quite high prices for burger and chips but worth it, burger with a selection of toppings of your choice served wrapped and foil to keep them warm, chips was going to order a medium but we love the fried but cashier suggested a medium serves 2-3 people so we opted for a large between definitely enoug
First ever time in five guys. Staff were great, food was excellent and free refills on drinks.. found it to be a bit pricey but OK for an occasional treat.

Took my son for the first time although delicious, £10.45 for a bacon burger and £10.65 for a bacon cheese burger not including fries or a drink a bit pricey to say the least!!! The food was amazing the staff really friendly but £36.00 for two people definitely a ONCE in a lifetime experience.
No children's size food available so over £17 for 'little' cheeseburger, 'little' fries and a milkshake. Way too much food for a child so a lot of waste. However, the food itself was good and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Easy to park though, as its on a retail park so easy to find a space, although weekends it can get very busy.
Service inside is very slow, so would advise ordering online first, even if you're sat in the car waiting, it's better than waiting in the small restaurant that can
Fantastic joint, my first ever time eating out at Five Guys but will certainly make it my regular. the staff are vibes btw that's on top of the meal worth every penny..
Loved that you could choose pickles, tomatoes etc to customise your burger. The chocolate milkshake was really good. I wasn't so keen on the fries, they looked a bit mangy to me.
Really good food offered here. The burgers are good and you get a decent amount of fries, with unlimited refillable drinks to top it off.

First visit here. Can't normally come as my son has a peanut allergy but it was just my wife and I today. The food here is great and the portions are very generous despite it being slightly pricey. I would say it is worth the money. Staff were lovely and very helpful when they realised I was a five
I mean there's not much to hate, food is absolutely delicious and cooked fresh to order, portions are plenty.
Yes its expensive compared to other burger places but you get what you pay for.

Outstanding burgers.
Huge amount of choice of toppings, so you can make the burger exactly how you want it. Great bun and patties, so everything was perfect!!! The fries are outstanding. Could be up there with the best fries anywhere. Crispy and fantastic flavour.

I would make one suggestion to remove the picture of Ed Sheeran. There was this weird girl going up to the picture and hugging it, whilst muttering something about him being sexy. I know you are not able to control one person's behaviour, but I come here quite often, and I've seen this girl on 4 dif
Never really had any problems in this Five Guys.
My only thing would be when its busy it can be abit of a task finding a place to stand and wait, without blocking people etc.
Other that thats its great, the food and service is as expected
