I took my 15 yr old son to The Lockdown for pizza. The food was incredible. Great atmosphere, even better food. ‘Turn Up The Base are even better than Domino’s’ says my son. High praise indeed!
Fantastic welcoming pub with beautiful food.
I use a mobility scooter and they couldnt have been more helpful and disabled access provided.
Bright, very clean with a good selection of beers and a decent menu.
We will definitely be back.
Attended for a small 21st birthday party. The food was very nice. Mostly limited to pizza and / or burgers. The pizza I was served was delicious. Service was excellent and staff very friendly.
I always enjoy visiting the lockdown lovley staff and chilled out place excellent darts set up

Had my dad wake there ... it was clean and well presented. The staff were excellent and service from lady behind the bar was fantastic

Held our sons 18th birthday here. Perfect venue. Lovely big room, great dance floor. Private entrance for functions. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Our son had the best time and wants another party here. Massive thanks to Dave and all the team!
Nicely decorated pub. If you have been here a long time ago, it's worth revisiting. A lot nicer and cleaner than it used to be. The staff are friendly and efficient too.
Have been to several functions here over the last year or so and each time I can see improvements are being made. Ive eaten here on 4 or 5 occasions and it's always been absolutely delicious and always piping hot. The portions are generous, be warned! The staff are friendly and I'd recommend anyone to try it.
