After an incredibly awful day, I came here to pick up an order from the app & head home with it. I arrived at around 9pm & got in line at the drive through. Unfortunately for me, someone decided that was the day for them to act extremely ridiculous and the car at the 2nd window was refusing to move.
I use burger King for my lunch break, 3-4 times a week, the girls are very welcoming super friendly, unless your served by (what i think) the new manager attitude to staff and customers is disgusting makes me not want to go! Throws food in the bag and drops it on counter in front of you
All the food and the staff were amazing. Way better than last year when I came last time and nothing was right, James sorted me out with exactly what I asked for! Ill be coming back
We ate inside and the place is sparkling. Really friendly staff James was fantastic. Not your usual customer service which is what we liked. Food was fresh and lovely
Been here many times-always had an amazing experience-staff are friendly, polite and efficient. Food is ten times better than other nearby establishments and it’s always hot. Keep up the great work ;)
Always a good service here ignore the bad reviews people will moan about anything if they’re not moaning they’re not happy. One too many lock downs have sent them mad. Manager is spot on and the staff are great.
Such a nice visit to the Placefields Burger king today, the staff were welcoming, we not only enjoyed our food but had a great time in the process
Not one of the better burger Kings I've been to. It was like the food had been thrown together carelessly. Some of it was quite dry like it had been sat out on heaters for too long. Still, it's burger king so still tasty.

we were served by Tegan on the drive through who was amazing!! she was very helpful and so friendly and the food was lovely, so hot and fresh would definitely come here again
James was our server today, excellent service, really fast, friendly smile! Best service we have had in years! Would definitely recommend!
Take my kids most Saturdays staff are always friendly, food is always good an the kids love the free crowns
The staff here were excellent. They were very helpful when we explained our granddaughter is lactose intolerant. They suggested various items on the menu, and also other alternative options.

james the manager was very helpful with our order as it was very large and there were lots of variations to get right, everything perfect, this store gets a bad rep looking at the other reviews but customer service is always excellent everytime we go
You guys are amazing thankyou ❤️ they listen to ur special request I told them I wanted a refill cokeacola instead of a bottle and they delivered and thankyou for my note on my bag really made me happy and made my day
