Have been here before, and Evenwood never disappoints. The carvery is excellent as are the other dishes. We were served by Allan, and like all other staff members are helpful and friendly. The place is spotless, and obviously a lot of attention goes into keeping the place clean and tidy inside and out.
Former employee so a slight biased opinion ! But as a customer I really enjoyed my evening ! With my Missus and Mate ! Great service at the bar from Joe and Harry ! And Kat made our dessert look brilliant ! I do miss some of the team but much prefer being a customer of Evenwood then an employee of Greene King. But the team made our evening really nice !

I really do enjoy visiting the evenwood farm for a meal from time to time. We visited recently for my birthday meal.
The pub was packed filled with customers, We had made a reservation for a party if 4 as we knew it might be packed. When we arrived we were seated on a very small tablet that would have been fantastic for 2 people not 4. We asked about moving but there were no tables available. Eventually we were able to move to a bigger table before eatten as another family had finished.
Staff behind the bar are friends and food arrived quickly. The food was warm and delicious. The cake away section is as amazing as always and definitely worth a try on your visit.

Very quiet with plenty of tables to choose from. The staff are super friendly and helpful with every part of the experience.
Food was absolutely delicious and arrive quickly. I found out it is actually quicker to order on the app than through the tills. I actually think this is alittle sad to encourage people to use phones over face to face with the staff, but that is the time we live in.

Tried to order from the table as it was very busy. Payment came out of my bank but the order didn't go through. Spoke to Alan and Assistant managaer Emma who then passed me on to Charlotte the manager who was willing to take my order manually and sort payment at a later date while I sort a refund with the bank before we eventually sorted the payment out. Absolutely world class customer service from all three who helped me. It was honestly very much appreciated. You didn't have to do that but you clearly are really nice people. 11/10
Alan the manager is a life saver! I almost missed the takeout carvery’s but he managed to squeeze me in. All staff are extremely helpful and friendly and takeout from the menu was absolutely delicious. Best roast dinners around
Food was nice . Great price . Would have been better if the food I ordered didn't look like it had come off the carvery. Would be happy to go back and try something else.
We visited after a long day out. We were served by Allan and he was so helpful when we first arrived and found us a table to accommodate 7 of us as it was quite busy in the children's area. I also needed some help due to my children having allergies and he was super helpful in finding the information. He was friendly, cheerful and very welcoming!

Friendly staff and good food . Fairly okay ale selection but could do with some more choice on larger and ipas on draft . Friendly staff that were quick to serve us .
Nipped in for a quick drink. As a fellow company employee I was met with a smile and quick service from Allan. Excellent to see our other venues are following the same excellent service that we would expect both as colleagues and guests.
A return visit because we like so much. Competitive prices and good quality food with an excellent selection of vegetables. Pleasant and efficient service especially by Helen who looked after us. It's lovely when a person smiles. Good beer, well served and chilled in a proper glass.
We had a great family breakfast here this morning. The staff are excellent; really friendly, helpful and considerate. The food was lovely and we'll definitely be going back.
