Such a Beautiful place! Amazing food, drinks, atmosphere and staff! Staff was very polite and checked on us. Food tasted amazing! One of the best steaks i have tasted and the Barbie cocktails 👌🏼 unreal!
My new favourite place will definitely be visiting again. 💕
Food was good, bit in the pricey end but seemed decent for a relatively special occasion. Decor reflects that too, though as a couple out for lunch we thought was a tad noisy during the 12-4pm DJ set on a Saturday (definitely more of a party vibe with people enjoying the bottomless brunches on offer...Will have to try that another time!).
What an incredible find. Stunning restaurant, beautifully laid out, foliage and pretty twinkling lights and candles everywhere. Loads of tables and seating, with different areas. Now we get to the best part the food and drinks 🍸 😋 WOW. I'm not going to say anymore you need to check it out for yourself 💕 but be prepared to drink more than you intend to 😉

Incredible not only is this place stunningly designed, with plenty of indoor or outdoor seating there are various areas to enjoy and the bar has clearly invested significantly to create comfortable spaces for their patrons.
With a hookah area separated from the main area, this is a kid free zone and for over 18’s only. With plenty of seating and some tv’s to watch the latest sports etc. various flavours to try too.
The main seating area was well designed and had great displays of flora although faux it really softened the atmosphere to make it feel like a relaxing garden.
It was a really nice touch to have the benches upholstered, just shows the level of detail they’ve considered for their guests comfort.
The table call system is a triumph it works spectacularly and your waiting staff are with you in record time!
The staff were attentive and friendly.
Food… omg the food was coming out in record time. I would however point out our staters arrived and not even five mins later so did our mains, which meant we had a lot of plates on the go at once rather than just enjoying each course. That is the only very slight negative.
The food was delicious and really flavoursome, the meats were cooked to absolute perfection and was juicy and moist which is great… I mean no one likes dry meats.
Everything about this place gets a thumbs up from me… I highly recommend and it’s a definite place to return to.
Whether you are passing through or a local you cannot go wrong.
Visit I assure you, you will not be disappointed!

Very inviting exterior and welcoming staff showed us to our table.
The interior is a cross between the Amazon forest and a wedding reception and is good for the atmosphere that it creates.
Décor overall all is interesting and a little whacky and it works really well.
The menu has plenty of choices meat and meat-free wise.
Portions are generous, prices on par with other restaurants and a decent choice of drinks.
The pork tomahawk steak was cooked perfectly and was a welcome change to the usual dishes that are usually on offer.
Everyone inn our group thoroughly enjoyed their meals, the burgers were nice and lean, chips in sensible, non-greasy portions.
It was my nephew’s birthday so we took along a small cake, were able to light candles but were unable to eat it due to their policy, perhaps a cutting charge could be considered?
Though having said that, service was swift and friendly.
Most were to full for desserts but there is always a couple that found some space!
It does get very busy so would recommend booking, earlier rather than later.
All in all, a nice venue for a family get together, and would definitely go there again.

Had a lovely roast dinner today at Arens bar. We were a family of 4 (with 2 children under 2). On arrival we were seated quickly and staff brought 2 highchairs over for the children. The venue is decorated well and the tables are big enough for a large family. The addition of the buttons on the table are great as it made service much quicker to when I have previously been. I have the beef roast and my partner had the chicken; both were delicious. The children’s meal is great value for money and the pasta portion size our daughter received would have been adequate for a much larger child. The staff were really friendly and made a fuss of our daughters. Having the playground outside was great as it kept the children entertained while waiting for their dinner and after. We will be back again soon over the summer I’m sure.
Had bottomless brunch for my friends birthday, service was amazing, they leave the bottle of Prosecco on the table all you do is turn it upside down to let them know you’re done amazing service and great food

We always prefer this place for special occasions. The cocktails are great, food is tasty and they always surprise us with seasonal decorations. Service is top notch! Entire staff is great, special shout out to Sumeet who took good care of us!

The Korean Burger is really nice meat is juicy in the inside and very crunchy on the outside, recommend it 100%.
Superb lunch here. They moved us instantly when the table arrangement wasn’t quite right. A magician that kept the kids entertained for a long time was amazing. The food was superb too.
I cant recommend Arens more! We celebrated my dad's 70th birthday here with 50 guests and everything from decor to service was incredible! Special thanks to Steven and Lucy for their efficiency and friendly service on the day. I will be back soon!
Food was floorless, staff they was polite and courteous, slightly large service fee for a small amount of contact but they was lovely. Also the place was kitted out beautifully for Christmas... Was like a little winter wonderland. Ample parking, disabled friendly, clean toilets tasty cocktails. Would 100% recommend ...
Really stylish, modern place right next to Ruislip woods, Ruislip Lido. Great location, feel likes you're deep in the woods. The restaurant bar looks really beautiful, made out of wood. Nicely decorated inside. Really friendly staff, full of energy. Food and cocktail are really nice. We ordered nachos to share (Great size), bbg sticky wings and cauliflower bites. All were really nice, but did not how a wow factor. Was good, but think the ambience and atmosphere are more appealing. Had a raspberry cocktail, which looked really nice and tasted quite nice. The Apple juice and Elderflower Mocktail was definitely the standout drink! The disappointment was the Old fashioned coctail. Looked really impressive, but lacked flavour depth for an Old fashioned. Tasted more like a medicine. Also for a local place, it is pretty expensive. Saying that, overall a great place and definitely will be going back.
The best Sunday Roast I’ve ever had! Everything was full of flavour, and kept us wanting more! The service was great and food came much quicker than expected! Also tried the treasure chest drinks which was delicious! Been here many times for dinner too and would highly recommend!
