We were going to the lake there and wanted to grab something to eat, so went to Cafe rouge. I ordered fish and chips. I can’t even describe how good it is! It automatically became my favourite! Service was good as well! Definitely recommended!
Lovely food and staff. I ate here at the changeover time between breakfast and lunch, and both menus were available with no problems. The staff were lovely and the food very good.
A lovely restaurant situated in a grade II listed building. As part of a franchise, the quality of food is usually the same in every Cafe Rouge. If you are daunted by the mass of French restaurants in and around London, coming here is your best bet. You can always get lovely pastries and coffee for a reasonable price.
Our last visit wasn't so great but this time was much better. Reasonably priced 3 course meal for the kids and decent coffee. It was the service though that made the difference. The staff were all very attentive and friendly and created a great atmosphere, particularly Candy who was lovely with the kids. I'm not one for chains usually but we'd go again. It's got a decent garden and its own car park out the back too.
Great atmosphere and he great service. Lovely french food. Would totally recommend it to others. Liked the bottles of champagne aligned all along the restaurant. Will be returning shortly for the breakfast
We went for a brunch on boxing day and we liked the ambiance . About the food , the English breakfast was good but was surprised that I could not order one fried and one poached egg for a plate, it had to be both same .
We didn’t like the beverages much , the cappuccino and hot chocolate were much thinner compared to other cafés
Parking is available for customers.
Finally some good quality French food in London with reasonable prices and generous portions!
Hats off to the chef Alan. The scallops were to die for! Victor provided us smooth service despite how busy it was. And special mention to Candy who made sure my dad's birthday went smoothly! You were an absolute super star when I called the restaurant for some queries!
Hey! I visited this delicate, chic and quiet restaurant yesterday with my son ( 12 years old ), for the first time.
We felt so very warm welcomed, the staff is really amazing, so friendly and smiling...
We both loved Ioana 😍 , she is the most sweetest, professional and so close to people.

Been coming to this pub since the 90’s! Love the Cafe Rouge takeover, brings back memories. The food is always excellent. I was only let down on this occasion because they had run out of my fave starter, the French Onion Soup. :(

Lovely food. Nice cozy restaurant. A bit pricy though. A restaurant with a character. Nice friendly staff.
Great service from staff. Lovely for afternoon tea. I went with my twins aged 10 and they thoroughly enjoyed it. Would recommend highly.

Where to start...
Vodafone has launched a section called veryme rewards and one of them was to get a free 2 dishes at cafe rouge . Not knowing what to expect I went to the cafe and presented the staff with the code they all were very nice and assisted me to my table they told me what was included on the voucher so I got the burger. It only took 20 mins to cook and it was cooked to perfection. The beef melted in my mouth and the fries were to die for it was probably the best lunch I ever had. Overall I highly recommend this restaurant the food is nice and has a price that's easy to swallow. Thank you cafe rouge for taking care of me!
Excellent service and the best, juicy rump steak I've ever had; I recommend it with snail and garlic sauce. We sat outside in the back dining area with a high chair for baby, very nice.

We went to Cafe Rouge In Ruislip yesterday evening after having been to the cinema to see "Where The Crawdads Sing". We enjoyed both the movie and our experience at Cafe Rouge hence this review.
We tend to go Cafe Rouge in Ruislip for supper when we go to the cinema as it rounds the day off nicely as it did yesterday.
Candy, the manager was not on duty last night and having met her on a previous visit, we found her to be very helpful and caring to give a good experience. I called Candy at the restaurant this morning to let her know that we enjoyed our meal last night and were well looked after by Jordan who was great!
Thank you Candy for managing the restaurant so well and to Jordan for being so warm and friendly yesterday. A mention must also go to the chef for cooking the fillet steak my wife ordered, so well!
Thank you all for the super teamwork that rounded off the day well for us.
We look forward to a return visit next Wednesday all being well as we hope to see "Elvis" before heading to your restaurant 😃.
