Great pub. Solid selection of ales and a large and very comfortable garden. I've not eaten, but I believe it's popular for food. The interior is comfortable and a bit eclectic. I'd have happily settled into my armchair for the afternoon if I'd not had somewhere to get to. Would recommend.
Had the best Sunday lunch we had had for a long time, I had turkey, husband had beef, just beautiful and staff were beyond friendly and helpful. Would recommend!
Great pub serving a delicious Sunday roast, staff were lovely. Pub was busy on the Sunday afternoon we visited in late September as it well deserves to be! Recommended to us by one of the ground staff at the C&CC site we were staying in just down the road. Would definitely return, highly recommended

Called in today for lunch, not been before but would definitely call again. Had gammon steak which was amazing and washed down with a nice pint of Madri. Waitress said it was her first day but she was very attentive and did a wonderful job of making us welcome and looked after us, she was lovely. Al
Awesome. Staff, food, atmosphere, all of it is perfect. The 2 dogs were made to feel most welcome. We have been to lots of dog friendly, but this pub takes it a step further. Beer was great, food was outstanding. Classic pub food done to perfection. Not overly faffy presented, but cooked rea

We received a lovely greeting as we entered and shown to our table, the decor is absolutely beautiful. We were told the day's specials to which I ordered the pie of the day, steak and ale, I was not disappointed, the food took a little while to come out but all well worth the wait.
