The Rugby McDonald's has never let me down. They're my go-to for cheap Friday night meals, and whether I order as a takeaway or walk in, there is never a long wait and the food is always hot.
Bonus points to them for ALWAYS getting my customized Big Mac correct (extra pickles and replace sauce with ketchup and mustard).
I used the drive through, all is good, however, note that mc Donald's now charge for sauces like ketchup for your fries and you have to order that separately. I don't go to McDonald's every day to know that, would be nice to have a sign or some information that you won't be getting any sauces at the end like it's been for so many years. Apart from that all is good. They've got some pretty good fries :)
I personally don't like Mc Ds I think the food is like cardboard and overpriced. However, my daughters and grandchildren do like Mc D's food. It's great to pick up a happy meal for the kids as a treat and their lattes are good. It always seems clean inside most of the time the staff are lovely and friendly. It's like everywhere you go, there is always one grumpy person.
If you like fast food It's good.
Ok. So it's a McDonald's so you know what you're going to get! And for the expected McDonald's experience this place is great. My 4 year old was a little disappointed that her happy meal toy turned out to be a Christmas book! Particularly as we are currently in June! I know there's no ' best before' date on a book but 6 months late (or early if you're an optimist!) is not great!!
Our meal was late and when spoke to the lady about it she was very sorry and we got 2 vouchers for a free meal each which was so very nice of her and it just goes to show that they are human and these things happen and a little kindness goes a long way
Efficient drive through service. App ordering is ok, but never seems to allow milkshake ordering.
Located in a busy retail park, it can be congested when it comes to parking, but it’s easy to park nearby and walk in, especially at the weekend. Has a few machines where you order, as the queue to pay can be long. Food was fresh and hot. Clean and tidy restaurant with a fair amount of seating.
Clean and good atmosphere. Great for family outing.
The shift manager was great on Friday evening the 10th of February.
The crew trainer was really rude, but we had a great experience overall because of the shift manager and we would like to thank her!

Take my granddaughter here for a treat we usually go through the drive through. We find the service is quick and very friendly and yes it gets very busy. The staff at both our stores are always polite and friendly.
