Loved it here. We booked a private screening for our sons birthday. The staff were wonderful and absolutely faultless with their hospitality. Nothing was too much trouble. Arthur (manager of the day) was so lovely to our family. A lovely cinema.

Èxactly what we expect of the brand. Cinema was good, warm and good seating. Refreshments as ever quite expensive but heyhoo it's not something we do every day.

We used to go to the NEC but with road works and road closures, we looked up alternative Cineworlds and found Rugby Cineworld just 15 minutes away. So much more friendlier, convenient, and we've gotten to know some staff too. We decided to buy the yearly Unlimited passes. We go to the cinema between 1/2 times a week depending on how many releases there are. It's brilliant, the unlimited pass is a no brainer. We virtually go free the amount of times we do go, and now have 25% off snacks too. The Baskin-Robbins ice cream is amazing. We love it. It also has an added bonus of a huge Iceland next door, so if you need a pint of milk etc you're in the right place.

A really nice cinema where the staff are always really friendly. Has a very nice games arcade with a couple of air hockey tables. It's very comfortable and clean, both in the lobby and in the cinema screens themselves. The seats are very comfortable and even the standard seats are quite room and comfortable so you don't feel like you're cramped up for 2 hours. (Only gripe is that cineworld tickets are rather expensive, but that's more the cinema chain itself than this specific cinema.) Otherwise, it's a really lovely cinema and I often visit to see films when they come out and always have a very enjoyable time.

Nice cinema experience, staff friendly. Good facilities, only a slight mark down as my child wasn’t heavy enough for the chairs so was in a v the whole movie! Been spoilt with fancy chairs at other independent cinemas.

The cinema was as you'd expect really. I thought that the leg room though was lacking when compared to Hinckley Cineworld which is comparatively smaller. Otherwise it was fine.

Sweet little cinema place. I like the fact that it's not mad busy, and it feels calm every time we visit the place, plenty of parking space. Wonderful customer service, as well as surrounded by nice food outlets.

Clean place and toilets, plenty of spaces in screening rooms, good choice of movies.Kids always happy and have a fun in gaming area. Not far away from home, also lots of shops and restaurants in the same place as cinema. It is much easier to find parking compared to other cities, importantly, parking is free
