I spent the whole day at Kuni's today. The staff were fantastic, polite and efficient as they could be. Especially Emma and Oliver around 4pm when there was an increase on customers and just eat orders. They managed the situation calmly and politely. They are a credit to the company. However, the gentleman who I assume to be the manager who appeared during the busy period, only seemed to ridicule and critique the staff. In my opinion, he should have praised the staff for managing the demand. And perhaps feedback be given in private. Not in front of customers.

My kids absolutely adore Kuni's! Great selection of deserts and sweet treats. If this existed when I was a kid I would of spent all day here playing games, reading comics, trading Pokémon cards etc

Kuni's offers a kid friendly coffee house with colourful decor and movie posters. Even a giant minion in the seating area. Comics and gifts for sale but it's the great coffee that sells the place. Try the Kuni with caramel a great blend. Staff are friendly, and the place does not operate like a conveyor belt like the star place or cost a. Chill and have a brew....

As a family, we love coming to Kuni's friendly staff, good music and super hero themed interior. Quality coffee and a good selection of foods, we've just sat in for there Desert menu launch! OMG!!!!

Absolutely love this place. Really unique little cafe serving delicious coffee, sandwiches and many other goodies in the company of nerdy card-playing types and a giant minion. Always a really friendly welcome, loads of space and stuff for the kids to look at and do. Recommended!

Relatively quiet now. Offers are only take aways. Coffee + doughnut is a tasty bargain.

Play area for children, nice sized cafe, cup cakes big as can be and really tasty. Good drinks to be had. They also sell comics and related items like mugs and models. Even saw a display of jewelry.

Complementary bicky with the drinks, and a selection of national and local papers to read, in a Marvel / Disney / Lego packed toy store.

A great local business going toe to toe with the National coffee chains. Great tasting coffee and a good range of options, flavourings, shakes and frappes. Food cooked fresh with waffles to order. Fun setting. Great for kids as there is a play area. Great for nerds too and the comic shop area is worth a browse. Like also that it offers a loyalty points scheme. Something different if your suffering from Costa fatigue.

Much more than your regular coffee shop. The food is really good (especially the waffles), the coffee selection is great but most Importantly it has a decent range of comics, gifts and collectibles to buy that can't be found anywhere else in the town. Staff are always friendly and welcoming and it has a really relaxed non judgemental vibe to it.
