The Milk Churn - Rudgwick - Photo album

*dog friendly* Worth the drive. The tastiest cheese toasts toasties I've had. Plenty of room in and out. Very attentive and friendly staff. Quick service. Brewery next door. Popular spot for cyclists. Will be returning.
Excellent food quality. Fresh salad, perfect quiche, beautifully-done toasted cheese. Clean, lovely atmosphere, seats outside and in.
Great spot for a snack or lunch. Well set up for walkers / cyclists that even includes facilities to wash your boots, bikes, dogs. Enjoyed our food with homemade bread and the dairy’s cheese. Pity the blocks of cheese for purchase are a bit on the pricey side.
The World’s best Cheese on Toast - with Gluten Free options! Friendly and efficient service. Nice cup of tea.
Tastes to make your mouth water. Fantastic cheese and everything else is damn good too. Fair prices and lovely farm ambience. Staff quick and smiley know they have a very good product. Will go again very soon. Enjoyed the South Downs link railway with a bit of a hill over the old tunnel. Perfect.
Great place to stop off and have a coffee and a snack. Excellent food and drink in a lovely setting. I highly recommend anyone passing to stop and have a break.
“Cheese Toasty-Tastic” Proper loose leaf tea. Nice coffee and cakes. And their famous cheese on toast. The local ‘Sussex Charmer’ cheese is also on sale to take home. Beautiful dog walks from their car park too. They made a slight mistake on our order - which I had to take back - and they rea ted by
Stopped here again mid bike ride for a cuppa and cake , very good as usual . The chocolate, fruit/nut slice was very nice.
Best cheese on toast ever!!! Really nice staff nothing is too much bother, amazing cheese on toast, great coffee. You can buy ice cream, butter and cheese here and a selection of pickles to compliment the wonderful cheese. Can’t wait to go again!!!
Absolutely delicious. Very popular, as it should be., but can mean it is difficult to get a seat inside. Covered area available outdoors which is lovely when weather permits
Great place for a coffee and cake etc... after a walk, run or ride (cycle or horse) of course. Loads of parking. Very friendly staff.
The best cheese on toast in the UK! Admittedly it helps to like cheese if coming here but they do a limited but well executed menu using their own Charmer cheese. Service efficient and some nice seating inside and out. Nice location for a walk or ride along Downslink and there is the Firebird brew
Excellent cafe. Been a couple if times here and the coffee is really good. Great selection of treats and light lunches too. Small shop with fresh bread etc. Civid restrictions still in place; masks worn and limits on numbers. Track and trace in place too.
Great place for a relaxing stop from walking the Downs-link or just to visit. Fantastic food, Sussex Charmer 🥰 in a pleasant location, definitely a must visit 😀
Home of the delicious Sussex charmer... As well as spending quite a lot on money on 4kg of cheese, also enjoyed cheese on toast and drinks from the cafe, which was delicious.
Lovely location, well set out and friendly staff. Disappointed in the menu selection which was extremely limited for vegetarians, vegans and breakfast in general.
Sitting outside surrounded by a great flower display. Always good food and drinks from friendly and efficient staff.
Well worth a stop. Plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. Friendly efficient staff
