I stop off here on my way to work most mornings to grab a quick coffee. The drinks are gorgeous and all the staff are lovely; A few of them even remember my orders from previous visits and ask if I want the same as the last time.

Great service, staff + tasty drinks. Extra thanks to the man making coffees on his own today who had to stop and clean up after a customer who spilt his coffee on the floor. Thanks for working extra hard and keeping me and my baby safe from slipping. Loved the £2 treat drop, thanks Costa.

Great coffee and the best drinking chocolate but soooo slow. Always got plenty staff on but system is just not right. I can never understand why when there are 4 people behind the counter it still takes forever to get my order. 🤷
It was very busy when I visited. Not sure if its always that busy. Like any costa, you will find hot food and fridge items, coffee and Sugary options. Toilts needs cleaning and were not looked at.
Located on Elk Mill retail park relatively new building. Nice, bright and pleasant always clean and tidy. Normally quick service. Baristas very fast and friendly. All on one level with easy access for disabled/wheelchair users. Children's play area outside. Large free car park.
Great little coffee shop, I regularly use this Costa when at the retail park as its close to the park. I have had to use the toilets a few times for the little one so buy a coffee whilst I sit and watch him in the playground out the front. I would recommend as the staff are friendly and it is clean
Not bad to stay for short period of time. Gets real busy and sometimes you have to wait for a long time for your order
Friendly, relaxed environment. Delicious variety of drinks, I love the plant based milk alternatives! Staff were vigilant about sanitizing seating areas after someone had left. Queues go down fast & seating usually becomes available fairly quick after a short wait.
