Great coffee and service from Laura and her team. Food was typical Costa food but was good enough. Great location on the high street and close to local amenities such as the shops and park

One of the friendliest Costas/coffee shops ever. Food and drinks are of course as good as any Costa which in my mind is pretty good, coffee is well made and staff know exactly what they are doing, and best of all they are all incredably friendly and welcoming. 2023 Update: nothing has changed, still my favourite and regular place to go, great and reliable product served by wonderful staff!

Stopped here on Saturday. It was busy with a huge mix of people, all ages and the staff were flipping fab! So friendly and happy, I actually considered if I should be working there as it was such a nice vibe 😊

Excellent service! It’s very clean and the employees are on top of it!! Went here a couple times to revise, the only downside is the WiFi doesn’t always work.

Consistently excellent coffees and hot chocolates! The staff are absolutely first class! There is always a busy, happy atmosphere. We've been to many other coffee houses, and other Costas as we've travelled around, but this is undoubtedly THE best in the south of England! Full marks 🙂

Quick and friendly service, small but quaint shop. Currently can have 3 customers in the shop with spacing between each other. Same entrance as exit, with queuing outside and marked with stickers. Standard price for a Costa, around £2-3, easy to get milk alternatives. Does have an indoor and outdoor seating area with the outdoor having two tables (when applicable).

Had a costa hot chocolate for the first time in ages yesterday. The guy who made the drink did a fantastic job. Costa app meant it only cost 50p for a large with all the toppings :D one happy customer.

Lovely comfortable environment in a busy little shop on the high street. There are always plenty of seats available as well as high chairs for little ones. There is friendly and helpful staff with a relatively quick service each time I have visited.

lattes/coffees have definitely changed. more milky than ever or would be 5 stars but can hardly taste the coffee. That said staff always polite and very helpful.

Nice small place that is actually bigger inside then it looks from outside. Coffee is good as you would expect from any decent Costa. My cortado was right no burn or anything like that (usually standard fit shopping, industrial areas) fairly busy at around 9am. Staff are welcoming and smiling no problem at all. There's a variety of sitting areas all follow the current trend in retail furnishings couple sofas at the back. There is number of socket on the wall if you need power for your laptop or charger. Not sure about the WiFi situation tbh. If you want quiet coffee then perhaps come on later on. Simple hassle free and almost festive visit (it's November 17) will come back in future for cup of coffee also the Xmas special - chocolate and hazelnut summer cake looks awesome

Very friendly staff. Can say they put a lot little bit too much cinnamon on my Chai Latte! Apart from that, great service and great food!
