Very spacious coffee shop. Clean and quiet, with friendly and efficient staff. On first floor but helpfully has lift access.
I visited this store on Thursday 17th March at the Tesco in Royston, and the 2 ladies displayed the best customer service I have ever experienced in a costa.
Demi was so friendly kind and helpful with not just me but all the customers and she would share a joke and showed a genuine interest. Very personable.
She brought over our food and coffees and it seemed like we were the only customers. But everyone received this service.
5 stars amazing these staff are a credit to the company. I will definitely be returning
Love the black coffee and those bacon sandwiches are not bad either. Just what the doctor ordered after a very early start at work
My favourite Costa by far. There doesn't seem to be a big staff turnover so the baristas are established and know what they are doing.
The layout is spacious so is great for accessibility (pushchairs, wheelchairs), unlike a lot of Costas which are very crammed in. And of course being above a Tesco means it's a great place to relax before/after shopping.
Great service. Staff are really polite and attentive. Nice atmosphere to either relax with friends or to catch up on work. Spent hours working here.
Nice out the way Costa. Upstairs of tesco so parking is great. Went around lunch time and was pretty empty. Food and drinks served quick
