Best Scottish breakfast in all of Scotland! The best possible start to the day for anyone planning on walking or hiking up here. Staff are fantastic special mentions to Nikki, Frances and Bex. Always a warm welcome. If I had one improvement it would be the addition of a tattie scone or 2 . Will definately return.

Extremely friendly staff, beautiful and impeccably clean toilets. A lovely place to stop while traveling. One look inside is enough to realise the owners love their wee cafe :-)

Lovely to meet you today and share in some lively banter and sample some of your delicious 'home' prepared meals. Well done, we hope to make Darwin's Rest Cafe a regular stop for refreshments during our travels to/from FW/home - Rob & Suzi :)

Delicious toasties, very reasonable prices and wonderful service. We had arrived a tad too early for lunch but the kind lady was happy to do lunch when we requested. Got to learn about Charles Darwin too!

This was a surprisingly nice cafe. From the outside it is inauspicious and resembles something from Gavin and Tracey but once in it's a very nice little tea room. Not lots of meals but nice hot snacks for the weary traveller. Worth a short visit en route to somewhere else.

Lovely cafe and craft shop. Delicious breakfast and excellent coffee. Cash sales only not sure why as it has free WiFi. Really informative display about Glenroy and the parallel roads.

Polite and friendly staff. Prompt service for either sit-in or takeaway. Ideally located for refreshments before the long drive north. And most importantly, they don't skimp on their sausage. 5 stars for 24 / 7 / 365 opening.

Great cafe. Some really good info on Glen Roy and the parallel road's. Soak it all up while enjoying a brew and some food. Outside area to soak up the views onto the Grey Corrie's.

Darwin's Rest - a little cafe and gift shop in Roybridge, one of the few in the area. Normally that would mean it's rubbish, but no. This place has great cake and coffee. Although I didn't have any, the other guests told me the food is good too.

Thank you for a simply splendid roast lunch today...... Just perfect after two Corbets in Glen Roy. Both Darwin's Rest and Glen Roy are unmissable, the exhibition and interpretation really clear. All much appreciated.
