One of my favorite pubs. I have been coming here for years and it never disappoints. It’s such a lovely and cosy little place with great food, drinks and staff. They always make me feel at home, even when I haven’t been in for a while.
What a great pub restaurant. A fine selection of drinks on draft, far more than you'd find in most places. A small but very tasty menu with home cooking front and centre. We had ham egg and chips, which doesn't sound exciting but I'm still talking about how good it was! And it has a great atmospher
It is a really busy place, so to have the opportunity to eat there, you will need to plan the time you arrive. Staff is friendly, good options of beer and the food is also good. The price is fair. You can bring your dog weigh is awesome. I will be back, for sure.
Cosy back street pub with a real fire (or a good fake). Wide range of cask ales and well above average food. At the time of writing (October 23), it was North Wiltshire and Swindon CAMRA Pub of the Year.
Such an amazing place! It was pouring rain, we were drenched and the kitchen was closing in 10 minutes. However the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, not to mention super friendly! The food was extremely good. I highly recommend this place, a true 10/10.

We managed to book last minute for Fathers Day and on the day added more guests. We were warmly welcomed and the pub was buzzing with a great atmosphere. We enjoyed the best Sunday roast ever. Would highly recommend especially as very affordable too. Can’t wait to revisit soon. Thank you for forgivi
Wonderful pub with a lovely atmosphere and great selection of guest ales on tap each week. The really helpful and friendly staff get to know your tastes in drinks over time and give advice on new beers you might like. Good outside space with covering (just in case the weather doesn't behave) and nic
Beautiful cosy pub in Royal Wotton Basset. I've worked in the town for 4 years and this was my first visit. Sitting by the fire drinking a glass of Romanian wine, eating amazing food catching up with friends. Time flew by, before I knew it, it was closing time. Service was so friendly, like I was
What a gem of a place! We called in here after a days trip to Bristol. The owners are the most loveliest people I’ve ever met, and their staff are just as friendly too. The food is absolutely beautiful and all home made; proper pub food made with love. The prices are very reasonable too. I love the
