Five Guys Tunbridge Wells - Royal Tunbridge Wells - Photo album

I was in there early for lunch, so can't speak for busier times. But shortly after opening, the service was great and the food was up to the usual high standard I'd expect from Five Guys. I know a lot of people complain about the prices, but you absolutely get what you pay for in terms of the qualit
Took my daughter out for a treat. The manager/server was great and explained the options on the burger and milkshakes. We were also offered water from the machine whilst we waited for our order. The venue was clean and tidy. The food was delicious
The only vegan food outside of a bunless set of vegetables is the chips - but the chips are fantastic albeit a fiver a head for regular size. Love the drinks machine with huge amount of options, but that's also a fiver. Not really a fan of the American diner look and the articles of celebrities talk
First time at five guys and WOW!!! The manager Edward really helped make my first time a real experience. Explained full detail of the menu as I didn’t know you get get 15 FREE toppings !!! He was full of knowledge and happy to help. I will definitely be returning to see that happy customer service
I went to five guys yesterday around 8 pm, I was served by a lovely lady called Chloe. She was very helpful as I had never been to a five guys before. She was very funny and friendly! The food was absolutely delicious too! Definitely will be coming back !!!
Can't fault this Five Guys. Yes it's on the pricier side, but the food is good and always fresh. The staff and cleanliness here are fantastic, plus it's in a convenient high street location with lots of seating and well maintained bathrooms.
The shake was delicious and pleased my child very much, but it's pricey. You get rather slow fast food service in a plasticky, noisy atmosphere -- we didn't sit in as it wasn't particularly welcoming or pleasant.
Staff is friendly and helpful, the table I was sitting at was clean due to one of the staff is always on the floor. I’ve got my food very quickly and quite hot. If you’re a traveler, a hungry student or you want to make good memories with your kids you can go to 5 guys in TW for sure
First time I tried a branch of five guys. Pleased I did filled up very nicely very good food
Five Guys never disappoints and the Tunbridge Wells branch was the best we’ve visited so far! Thank you to the manager who made a special fuss of my friend’s son who was celebrating his birthday. Clean facilities. Ideally located outside Royal Victoria Place. Plenty of tables. Super friendly & helpf
This place is the best burger restaurant I’ve been in a long time happy staff always friendly and very accommodating for me and my son.
It’s just the best “mainstream” burger. Nowt else to say. I’m just so glad that my kids love it to - it’s not a cheap burger - but it’s oh so good….
Never tried it before. It's a bit pricey but it feels like good value, portions are big and it tastes great. Would go here over any other place if I had the opportunity.
This was my first ever visit to Five Guys. The variety of burgers is something else. The quality of the burgers and fries was just above any other burger I've ever had. Everyone needs to try Five Guys. The food is amazing.
Very good food but too expensive for the quantity
Five Guys burgers are the closest I have ever found to a good American burger, don't order large fries as they are huge! It not cheap but the food is great. Milkshakes are awesome. Staff were OK but there was visible tension between 2 of them and the chap calling the order numbers was continuall
I came to five guys at around 3 o’clock last Saturday (17th June) and was greeted by a delightful young man called Riley, he was very kind and greeted me and my husband with a lovely smile, brilliant young man!
