Nice and clean decor design. Got a jar of marmalade jam for souvenir; bought a brownie as it looked so delicious! It was very soft, creamy and chocolatey! Friendly service. The price is higher. Located at lovely downtown tunbridge wells.

The food is delicious and fresh but extortionately priced for what it is. The hot drinks are also tiny for the price you pay. Quite a clinical environment for dining in, reminds me of a hospital cafe.

I have soft spot for Gail’s, especially their delicious bread and aromatically flavoursome Jasmin green tea. The staff are very friendly and the energy was uplifting.

Love the bread. I am not an keen person on pastry etc but love a good bread. Gail's do a potato and rosemary which is second to none. Just love it

Absolutely amazing! I felt like a child peering at all those lovely pastries and cakes. The cinnamon wheel was absolutely divine. Compliments to the Baker who really know his / her trade!

Fresh, varied and tasty products with good coffee and quick service. Plesent interior but suffers with being very noisy when busy making conversation difficult.
