Great beer garden with heaters and a gazebo to keep you warm and dry.
Despite my mate booking a table if 12 only an hour or so before arriving we managed to get in and a table for all of us.
It gets very busy later into the evening so best to get there early if you're looking to sit.

Great outdoor space with areas under cover or full sunlight. This pub has used its car park to create a sumptuous space in a side road near the main train station. Reasonably priced drinks and heaving in summer evenings.
Perfect venue for our 40/50 gathering. Easy access by train/bus. The buffet spread was wonderful we fully recommend it. Staff plentiful, friendly and efficient. We had a wonderful afternoon/evening. Brilliant pub - the outdoor area looks amazing and has a great vibe. I’ve eaten here many times and it’s always great food. The kids love it too! Would recommend :)

Helen was excellent with our booking for 8 on Friday, she was really helpful and the team offered great service! Pub had a great chilled vibe. Fully recommended.
Up class with a friendly and warm welcome. You can tell with the furnishings it's a more fancier pub than its previous predecessor but the welcome from the staff is warm; good selection of beers and ales.
Lovely place with a very comfortable indoors and a nice big covered beer garden out the back. Quite chrismassy inside but there you go. Staff were cheerful. The Guinness was excellent as was the Harvey's Sussex Best.
Amazing burgers at a very fair price, large and very tasty portions! Friendly atmosphere and truly nice pub in general, will certainly visit again!

Heaters all round, servers were very attentive all night.
We ordered pretty much all the starters between the 6 of us and all of them were great.

Good pub, well spaced layout. Wood stove fire in one section. Huge outdoor area with decking and heaters. Staff attentive and friendly. Good selection of beer (could use a little expansion). Bar snack food good (biltong and hot items). Not yet tried main menu.
