Really nice fish and chips. The service however is what separated Mem from most of the other fish and chip shops. He is a passionate and friendly owner who knows his fish. He takes pride in his work and you can tell he loves what he does.
Lovely food every time. Big portions and always fresh. Friendly staff who always make me and my daughter feel very welcome when we come in.
Men is lovely. We had cod and chips. Crunchy fish and not greasy. The chips could have been cooked a bit longer.
After visiting this shop previously for a lunch time sausage and chips which didn't disappoint, I was looking for cheesy chips in Tunbridge Wells and seeing the new price increased menu of Royal Express (the kebab shop on the hill) I decided to pop down the road to No1.
