Visited for some lunch today.. the social distancing measures in place were very thorough.. member of staff standing at the door only allowing a certain amount of customers in the restaurant at one time. Recieved our order in quick time, but were a little mixed up and one item missing from the order, but this was soon rectified. Food did not look overly appetizing, but tasted finger licking good!! (But avoid licking fingers unless hands washed thoroughly!!!)

It's a KFC on a trading estate, so it's not the nicest of areas but it's a clean and modern restaurant. The staff here are friendly and the food is normally served very fresh and fast.
Fast and efficient service. Staff member who served me was very friendly and was very knowledgeable on use of colonel rewards where a lot of stores are utterly clueless.
Only downside: no self-service ordering machines.

The staff was excellent! But really not enough staff working. The staff said to each customer “sorry for the wait” which makes me so much appreciate (especially the Asian but fluent English)

Fast and friendly service from Lucy and Sam (asked their names so that I could praise them). Cup holders could be better as they aren’t good for travel. Will definitely be back.

One of the things that makes this place stand out is the gentleman who cleans tables, etc. It's a very understated role, but he really is a star. Always helpful and willing to go the extra mile...
I don,t often use this place but when I do I have allways had good service from the team they are polite and helpfull the food is good. I have only ever had one minor problem there and they just mixed up a tower burger with a normal size burger but it was of the same type so I did not see the need to complain. The resturant side of the place seem,s to be comfortable the only one thing that I would say about it is they need to be a bit quicker on clearing away used tray,s and uneaten food.
Always so efficient and helpful. One of the female helpers really put herself out, really pleasant and helpful. We would not normally notice but presented herself with quite a lively smile. As they are normally under so much pressure and a smile made being served by this young person made the meal that much more enjoyable.
