Best ever pizza in UK π!!!
We just happened to be in Tunbridge town and to look for a nice place for a fast bite ... we saw this little clean and welcoming pizza place with few tall tables and we ask if they only deliver pizza or if we can eat sitting there..
A very lovely man called Roger was looking after the till, phones calls and orders.. he welcome us in a so caring way ...he joined 2 little tables for us and took time to explain the menu and how they make the pizza and some very interesting history of the restaurant chain.
From the entrance you can see straight on the back where is the lovely typical Italian round oven where 2 chefs prepared and cooked pizzas
We are Italian and in UK our top best quality pizza has been so far from Franco Manca.. We we both agree that Firezza Pizza is now on the top 3 best pizza we ever eaten in UK ππ!!
The dough is very well levitated which make it very soft light and easy to digest..the tomato sauce was really tasty and covering the all pizza, the mozzarella was plenty as I love should be ( I need to ask at Franco M's always extra otherwise they put too little pieces), my mushrooms topping were amazing! My husband's capricciosa really good, maybe needed little more of Italian Parma ham and mushrooms instead of pepperoni sausage.
We had an amazing pizza experience! Super customer service! We are looking for a Firezza place near us now to enjoy your pizza again and again ππππ

Late night delivery took a bit longer than expected. But I quickly forgot that and was very impressed by the Marinara pizza these guys make. Absolutely fabulous no cheese pizza... And for those of us who like strong flavours the anchovies and tomato sauce they use are delicious please guys do not change whatever anchovies you are using.. It's not easy to find good quality anchovies. Congrats!
Zack (the manager) is just amazingly helpful, friendly, reliable and aims to please.
No matter how long itβs been he always recognises me on the phone.
As for the pizzaβs well we just love the Firezza picante and tuta buffalo. They have always been perfect. We have always collected and we travel 15 mins on average to collect because theyβre that good. 5* for us. Thanks Zack.
I accidentally phoned this number instead of topps pizza and thank god I did ! Absolutely gorgeous food π and the manager was extremely lovely and went out his way for a brilliant service he gave us a margarita pizza to try and my daughter was sold she loved it ! The manager was an absolute delight really lovely man ! Definitely be ordering from them again!
Absolutely amazing pizza, quality and fresh ingredients not like the Dominos, Papa Johns etc.
If pizza is what you are after you have to go to Firezza! Proper pizza just like in Italy.

Was a little sceptical because of the negative reviews but was very much drawn to the free from options. I can tell you the pizza was awesome and the service was great, would 100% recommend especially to others with allergies.
Intriguing that a great pizza place two doors down from a Domino's mysteriously has so many negative reviews.. make of that what you will π
Thoroughly enjoyed our first pizza here. A nice variety of toppings plus a good range of veggie and vegan options. Went for the Pollo barbeque and the Pollo picante and they were both great. The crust was a bit of a workout - a little too tough but really tasty. Would go again.
Excellent professional telephone service, gave a fantastic discount due to late delivery on previous order (which wasnt their fault as was a fuel shortage at the time). Love the pizzas!
Always the best customer service. I have been coming here for years and the staff are friendly helpful and really kind. The amazing girls in the kitchen make the best pizza it is so delicious! Wouldnβt go anywhere else!!
The best takeaway pizza in Tunbridge Wells, it's good quality and tastes great. The staff are really helpful and when I couldn't get the offer code to work online they talked me through how to do it and the ways to maximise the discount. Highly recommend

Man's doing a deal on pizzas for the football ON HIS OWN, yeah pizza might be running late, but spare a thought for this gangster. Called up to see where my pizza be, he was calm, polite. Clearly born in the chaos, moulded by it. Thanks for the pizza.
We had a massive order for a party, the staff at firezza were so helpful in accomodating our requests and everything was delivered hot and on time. Really happy with the service and the pizza!
Delicious organic authentic pizzas! I feel like I am eating quality produce- posh mushrooms! Lots of choice for vegetarians and even vegan cheese option! Definitely the best fast food pizza joint in town! :-)
