Nice clean room. Shower was good towels bodywash and shampoo provided along with a hairdryer. Heating wasn't on though so myself and my partner were cold. The Duvet was quite thin so no snuggles there! All in all, it was a good basic hotel after a long day at work.
Nice big rooms at a decent price. Staff are very friendly. Easy walk to most of the town, close to the good bars and the pantiles are around 15 minutes away. Not quite 5 star due to the slightly old decor but definitely worth it. Had a room at the front which faces onto the road but it was pretty q
Fantastic value for money. The room was clean, the bed was large and comfortable and the bathroom was huge with a roll top bath and separate shower. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room with complimentary shower gel and shampoo were as good as any other hotel I've stayed in. We will certai
Amazing greeting from Daniel and staff they really took care of all our needs. They family room was a great size and comfortable bed. I have to be gluten free and the staff made sure I had a lovely breakfast. Definitely recommend.
Lovely stay. Huge room.super comfy bed. Food was fantastic. Hot and well presented. Staff are really nice and always there for you. On arrival the guy on reception gave us all the info about the area and helped us with finding the crematorium. He really is a lovely chap.
Visited here before for a steak meal for two and again this time for a stay in the hotel with breakfast. Food both times and the ambience in the restaurant has been amazing. Presentation to ingredients used, staff friendliness and value have all been amazing. Can't fault the restaurant in any way a
The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Lovely ambience. Nice to stay somewhere with personality rather than a chain where every room is the same. Great location too for both ends of the town. Will stay again. Great value.
Nice hotel, stayed in a deluxe double, very large room. Water pipes were noisy but work ok. Breakfast was good but they could do with a larger dining room when they have large groups staying, we were a large wedding group but unfortunately couldn't all sit together.
Have spent 3 nights here, very friendly staff, as not been to Tunbridge Wells before did not know area. We asked staff for some ideas of places locally to visit which they were more than happy to do. Hotel it's self is clean, comfortable, Breakfast is good with plenty of choice. Rooms are clean, bed
Friendly and helpful staff. Room good size and a bit quirky (bathroom was down some stairs). Good bar. Well located for centre of town. Easy to find. Only con was the tiny car park but plenty of on road free parking around, even though on road parking has time limitations
