I love this place. The staff are so friendly. Even if there's a long queue it moves so quickly that you don't have to wait long. They also have a really nice spacious downstairs area that's quiet enough to work/study. Overall a very nice place!
staff were very polite - good vibe in there! coffee nice and bitter for those who like it that way (:
Nice clean. Your regular pret, which can be busy at times.
My always favourite coffee shop. Amazing range of organic food. People who serve you you favorites are polite and smiling. Well, just love it.
I love the staff in here, they're so friendly and remember who you are. You don't just feel like a customer. I sometimes wish the order ahead drinks were on the order ahead collection point but you'd miss out on that human interaction. Inside, the cafe is big with lots of social distancing spaces an
It is my emergency, quick, go-to lunch venue. Sandwiches are always great and the salads are fresh. Good coffee, great staff loyalty as you usually see the same faces. Quality is very good and I'm confident I know what I am getting. Great place to catch up on my emails while I grab a bite to eat. Br
My daily coffee spot and pick me up. I just love this place. Staff are Always friendly and very helpful, never without smiles all round. Oh and they do the best golden turmeric drink & the best chocolate brownies in town!
£3.50 about for a coffee how I like it and a croissant! I can't fault it. Clean friendly. Lovely staff working hard clearing tables quickly. Will come here again. Well done.
Pret is always a delicious and healthy option when you're in the mood for a light snack or lunch! The salads are delicious as are the soups- I highly recommend them. Can get a bit busy at lunch time though, so it's worth checking if there are tables free before buying.
The food is very consistent. Their drinks are pretty good, too. There are multiple non chains in Tunbridge Wells. Worth supporting local businesses in my opinion which are probably better anyway.
This used to be a very big dining place for families and people from all areas of life with both lower and ground floor sitting areas with wheelchair accessibility to the ground floor area. During my recent visit, maximum number of 10 people can be welcome into the premises at a time due to Covid r
Looks inviting. Nice and cosy inside on a winter evening. Enjoyed my frappe very much and the food choices were good for a quick bite. One star off because of austere service without a smile
Best coffee house in Tunbridge Wells. Lovely food nice and fresh. I like the idea as well that anything left over isn't thrown away it goes to food banks homeless etc. Shame a few others don't do these.
I've always liked Pret. They're just adventurous enough without being weird. If dull supermarket sandwiches aren't cutting it this is probably the next stop. This branch does have seats including more downstairs, but it's always busy so don't count on being able to sit down.
Has to be my favourite pret, perfect location in TW, the staff always welcome and friendly, the food is fresh as usual and there is loads of variety from very healthy salads, to toasties. They have loads of seating inside and out and down stairs now too. so never feel to cramped.
