Lovely clean pub with friendly staff. Currently has no chef but there is a great pizza van on a Friday night in the car park. Dog friendly and lots of social events, sports, quiz nights and live music
Slightly away from the town centre, but well worth the extra 5 minute walk. Cask ales & keg beers served to the highest standard. Quality wines & real ciders. A superb gin & whisky selection extends beyond the usual brands. You are greeted with a warm welcome and can enjoy live music on Saturdays or
Very comfortable pub a short walk from Tunbridge Wells center. Cosy interior with a very good selection of local ales available. The two I tried were in great condition. There's a bar billiards table which looked in great shape, and a darts board. Didn't try the food. Service was very friendly. Well
Lovely vegan roast always.
The barmaid was particularly polite, and very reasonably priced pint, many thanks, shall return soon, thank you.
Good family owned and run pub. Plus if beers to choose from and now they have bar billiards too which is excellent. I always missed pub games. Good work guys!
Excellent local pub with a fantastic selection of ales and craft beers which are expertly looked after. Often have live music at the weekends. When the kitchens open the food is delicious, their burgers are fantastic. Service is always brilliant, staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful. No it ha
Great traditional English pub. Friendly staff who know how to serve their beer properly.
Excellent service, quick, nice people, delicious Sunday Roast.
Friendly, spacious space. Good seating, TV for football, great beers and also a good gin selection.
Wow! My husband and I came today for Sunday lunch, we waited for 45 minutes for the food BUT boy was it worth the wait!! The beef was tender, the roast potatoes were crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and the veg were cooked to perfection. The portion size was very generous and the price
Great community pub with wonderful, engaged staff. Beer very well kept and an excellent selection of gin, ales and whisky. Not had the food, but looking forwards to trying. Always something going on, be it a quiz or live music. One of the last authentic friendly community pubs. Give it a go.
Great selection of beers, friendly pub with lovely staff, two outside spaces. Regularly have fantastic live music. Nice food, including a pizza van some nights.
Had a fantastic evening of live music with "The Harveys" and other musicians. Great service from bar staff. Pizza van in car park selling great pizzas at reasonable prices. Recommended highly.
Great pub with an amazing atmosphere. Everyone is really friendly and there's a nice sense of community there. The beer is kept perfectly and its hard to find anywhere that tops it!
Can't fault this place. Been to the pub quiz (every other Thursday night, book your table in advance!) - fantastic atmosphere and the quiz master is hilarious! Also eaten there a few times - always delicious and food comes out in a timely manner considering it's freshly made. Really recommend!
Had great time listening to live music in one of the few remaining traditional English pubs. Great atmosphere. Gorgeous!❤️
Rcak246 (8 reviews) Eastbourne, United Kingdom Jason (the new chef), Lynn and the team look after us fantastically. We were a family party of 15 (plus Dennis the dog) and despite another large party in the pub at the same time, the food was served all together and was very good. I thoroughly recomme
