I was in desperate need of a simple cup of tea. There was nowhere in the immediate area that was able to give me a cup of tea to take away, except for here. The service was fantastic, and the tea was tasty and reasonably priced. One day I'll be back for food.
Great value of money! Food comes in a huge portion and they taste nice.
I love the decorations! They give me the western vibe.

Brilliant place to come for food/drinks the food itself was outstanding and the service from the staff was superb..also as it was my birthday so they sang me a song it was good 😂can’t fault anything would visit more if was closer to home but when I’m down this way will definitely be back
Easy to park and a lovely themed restaurant. The prices are kinda high but the surroundings, service and quality of food was excellent. My 9 year old son loved every second of being there... especially the saddle seats. This was our first visit but we are looking forward to returning soon.
Such a well appointed hotel. We stayed in Cree which is above the restaurant, so quite noisy up until 11pm with the music.
The room is decorated to a high standard, with a super comfy bed.

Really impressed with the food tonight. Mac and cheese was mouthwatering! the steak was 10/10. Customer service was 5* and the rest of the food was beautiful. They really catered for my 11 month old and the kids menu is amazing! Good quality for the money and you get bottomless drinks and dessert in

We ordered 2 Mac n cheese's with chicken and sat outside listening to the Western music they had playing. All the staff were absolutely wonderful, very courteous and always managed to smile as we passed them while exploring this absolute treasure of a restaurant
Came in for a late lunch with friend, we were welcomed and seated quickly. Our server was attentive and pleasant, food all came in good time and was delicious. Our drinks were regularly refilled and we were fully delighted with the experience and plan to return with our families for a group meal.

Now that my mother’s house has been sold, staying there is no longer an option when visiting her in the residential home she’s now in. I therefore had to look for a B&B in Tunbridge Wells other than Travelodge - what a nightmare that was.
