Took my friend there for a birthday treat of afternoon tea. No need to book and no set time you can enjoy it. There were five different finger sandwiches and baby quiche on the bottom tier. Nice mix if sandwiches but quiche didn't have much taste. The next level was 2 scones w cream and Bonne mamam
Incredible breakfast at an affordable price! The service is truly impeccable too! To be perfectly honest, I couldn't fault Patisserie Valerie in any way!
The tea was hot and not too strong just how I like it and the carrot cake we had was delicious. My husband has a mobility scooter and it wasn't a problem (might be at a busy time though) The place very clean and the service was excellent.
Went for special afternoon tea. It was nice as always. The service was perfect. Shame I can't remember his name but he was amazing. Took care of us all the time. Thank you so much! Lovely place and decor. By the way the cakes are die for!
We had a friend's baby shower ..the staff were extremely accommodating. From when I booked the table, ordered the cake to service we received. Our waitrose Iaona couldn't have been more helpful. She was attentive, courteous and pleasant..thank you @patisserieValerietunbridgewells

A group of 11 of us met at Patisserie Valerie for coffee prior to a museum visit. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, providing great coffee and great service, including moving furniture around to accommodate the group. All done with smiles and without fuss.
I have to be honest with you: I'm a bit of a cheapskate so this sort of place is normally well outside my budget; however, we were on our way to a pub dinner when we passed by and suddenly I realised that any pub pudding would be around the same price as the amazing-looking cakes/gateaux in this sho
Whenever we are in Tunbridge Wells, we like to stop by here and have a coffee or hot chocolate and eat a cake. These are some of the best cakes in town.
Also, the best birthday cakes by far. Just picked up an beautiful 'Fault line' cake for my daughters 15th.
I bought a Charlotte Gateau for my Daughter’s birthday. Service superb and the gateau was absolutely delicious. We’re very lucky to have a Patisserie Valerie in Tunbridge Wells.
Great service, wide selection of cakes and Gluten Free options. Very well presented and never had a bad experience there.
If you get the Groupon deal for afternoon tea it's really value for money. Really nice food and lots of it, we had to take some home because we were so full!
We love it there. Always have gingerbread latte and we share a club sandwich. Staff so friendly, food lovely and a great atmosphere
Nice afternoon tea but. But far to crowded. Packed in like sardines. Your actually sitting ontop on people. Air con very cold. We moved twice.
My Mum bought a freshly made Charlotte Gateaux for my birthday which tasted divine! So light and delicious- a real showstopper for my birthday BBQ. Thank you!
Lovely place to treat yourself. I went with a friend who had a Groupon voucher. Staff were friendly and the food was delicious. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful service this morning from Cristiana when buying a couple of celebratory cakes for my parents diamond wedding anniversary. Cakes were delicious and Cristiana's help was much appreciated.
