I love wagamama but after I moved the city, my city doesn't have wagamama. So I always come to this branch as nearest. The food always nice and tasty, suitable price with the amount of food. The staff are all friendly and nice, also chef as well.

Short wait to be seated, but very busy, so understandable and a good sign, as popular. Lovely food, food comes out as and when it's ready. Only downfall is we got most of our food, before our drinks. Mind the stairs up to the toilet facilities, as covered in grease, so hold on to the bannisters, or you'll split your difference!!

The Tunbridge Wells wagamama branch is located in a central location in town. The restaurant had a interior refurb done and expanded into the building next door creating a more spacious atmosphere and has a modern and inviting décor. The menu at Wagamama has reduced a bit since the last time I was here, but there's something to suit everyone's taste. Whether you're in the mood for noodles, rice, or even a salad, you're sure to find something you'll love. The food is always fresh and flavorful, and the portions aren't too bad. The service at Wagamama is also good. The staff are friendly and attentive, and they're always happy to help you choose the perfect dish. The atmosphere at Wagamama is relaxed and casual, and it's a great place to go for a fun and affordable meal.

We go to Wagamama often and always love it. The food is great and very quick service. It's a kid-friendly, japanese themed restaurant with so many tasty meals! This is definitely one of our favourite restaurants.

I recently dined at Wagamama's and was blown away by the delicious food and friendly service. The standout dish for me was the amazing smoked chocolate cake. The only downside was that the alcohol was a bit on the pricey side. At first, I was a bit confused about the seating arrangement - there are two sections to the restaurant, but they seemed to cram everyone into one half instead of spreading people out. However, on a recent revisit, I noticed a big improvement in the way they distribute diners. They now utilize both halves of the restaurant much better, giving diners more space. The smoked chocolate cake is still just as amazing, and the staff are as friendly as ever. I even got to join in on singing "Happy Birthday" to a celebratory table. One thing I really appreciated was the variety of vegetarian and vegan options available. If you get the chance, I highly recommend checking out this restaurant!

Came for a quick dinner before heading to The Forum. Service was great and we were seated right away. Olivia was very attentive and made sure our order was correct and we had all the information we needed to use the payment QR code. For starters we had the prawn kushiyaki and chicken yakitori. Both were very good, but a bit expensive for what you get. For mains we had yaki soba and the duck hiyashi bowl. Both were delicious and felt quite light but still filled us up. The tofu and edamame guac in the hiyashi bowl was a particular highlight. I also had an Asahi and my partner the Hawkes cider. A little pricey but well worth it as it went with the meal. Good vibe in the restaurant too as it was fairly spacious and well lit.

After a short wait, we were seated. Staff were attentive and explained well. It was clearly explained to us the food would be served when each dish was ready and not altogether . The only down side for us was that one meal was incorrect - not as per order - wrong dish but we eat it anyway as was the last dish to be served. We are not fussy - just hungry. Payment was easy using QR code

Always love Wagamamas and this a nice spacious one in a good location, especially nice if you can get a window seat, Waiting times aren't always the quickest but they've now expanded. Very quick with deliveroo orders too. Over 50% of the menu is vegan!! ❤️

Good food as always but service was a bit hit and miss which was disappointing as it wasn't particularly busy. Staff seemed more interested in waiting on larger groups than attending to solo diners.
