Brilliant and quaint potuageese cafe, with friendly staff. Drinks menu has a range for anyone (vegan and gluten free), similarly reflected in their range of food options both sweet and savoury.

Amazing gem of a cafe, tucked away off the main road. Food was cooked to order and incredibly fresh. The eggs benedict was delicious, one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had!

By far the best sandwich shop in Tunbridge Wells!! Absolutely stunning food, wonderful friendly staff!! Can enjoy takeout or sit in this beautiful little venue. Can't recommend this place enough 👍

Small cafe located in a tranquil part of the old town (just off the high street) serving a lovely and reasonably priced breakfast/lunch menu ranging from cooked breakfasts to sandwiches & wraps... They also serve cakes and pastries which include the Pastel de nataa, a Portuguese baked pastry consisting of an outer pastry crust filled with a luxurious egg custard, this is then optionally dusted with cinnamon... Overall a nice cafe with a relaxing quiet atmosphere where service was quick and efficient... Pop in!!!

Great breakfast, very generous and tasty, lovely staff. Small and cosy, not really suitable for pushchairs/wheelchairs

Hubby was looking for a bit of Portguese heritage and found it here. He had the most amazing Cod fish.

We had the pleasure of enjoying a tapas evening at Casa de Claudia on Valentines day. The food was delicious with generous portions, the service excellent as always and the welcoming atmosphere all made for a very pleasant evening. I would definitely recommend trying the tapas evening next time it's on.

Lovely calm place perfectly located for breakfast near the Premier Inn and train station. We had very good coffee and scrumptious eggs royale. Very generous portions, delightful service. Highly recommended!

The BEST breakfast by far! REAL coffee, not this cheap stuff you normally get elsewhere, plus the tomatoes are actually cooked; now that's what I call a real breakfast! Great service by friendly owner. Loved the ambiance of the place.

What a find, don’t be fooled by this small cafe down a little lane, the panini s and bagels are the best we have had. My partner had chicken bacon spinach in a panini he loved it so much it’s another reason to return to the area. I had tuna onion avocado absolutely nom nom. Lovely owner and staff, we definitely visit again! We sat outside but seating upstairs too - Highly recommended, filled us up all afternoon

What can i say! The quality and taste of the food here is amazing. Found it by accident and after asking the proprietor if he had gluten free bread as my wife is gluten intolerant we were informed that the Panini's were ok. My wife had that and i had the normal variety. Only £6 each and they came with lovely side salad with very tasty dressing. This was the tastiest thing we have eaten for ages and for a little cafe it put some restaurants to shame! We highly recommend that you visit here and we will be returning before going hone at the end of our hols. Lovely, attentive host too!

My partner took me here as she goes at least once a week and I haven't been before. The gentleman that runs it is lovely. Very friendly to have a chat with. The food he makes is great. Got the Claudia special panini, and it's definitely up there in the top paninis I've ever had. Also tried a Portuguese passion fruit soft drink which was really nice too. Prices are very reasonable and the service is excellent. Will be back for more paninis when coming to meet my partner after she finishes work!

I adore this place. Friendly and local with some of the best sandwiches ever. I used to go here everyday for lunch about 2 years ago, but when I moved jobs I didn't return for almost 18 months... when I walked in the owner STILL recognised me and chatted to me. The decor and atmosphere makes you feel like home, and the food is always delicious with very good portion sizes for your money. Try the millionaire shortbread!!!

I used to come by here all the time with my ex-partner usually before seeing her off home via the train to the airport. The staff are absolutely wonderful and always remembered us and our weird requests of having cold coffees outside and the like. I moved away from Tunbridge Wells, but should I ever be back, I'll definitely be coming by. I hope you're both doing well, thank you for so many years of amazing food!
