Usually always 5 stars across the board but things seemed a little chaotic today
I went in to buy some doughnuts and sausage rolls . The young girl behind the counter was really friendly, courteous, polite and welcoming .
Fast efficient service, they are a known quantity so when it's busy you know that the foods fresh and hot!

Your order will be waiting in a Gregg's Paper bag with your order inside. You only have to wait for your Hot Drink to be prepared. Nice and Hot. Excellent service. Pay from Your Wallet. Text SMS sent when Your order is ready to Collect. Just go to the Collect Counter.

Greggs is Greggs. Hit the jackpot this time though. The food was WARM! I know, you don't believe me, but it was. Also had southern fried chicken baguette (always do, but heavily recommend to anyone) They can have 4 stars because Greggs.
Excellent breakfast rolls at affordable prices. Meal deals are also good value. Quality of food is good for the price

It give it 4 stars for the food and drink not for the service. I had my phone ready with the Gregg's app open and the server processes the order as card payment. When she got the message that I was using the app, it was processed and the phone was scanned. Then she said, "Cash or card?". I said what are you talking about, I paid via the app. She then said " Oh ok, it's just come through". One would think that Gregg's would be in tune with the Gregg's app users but obviously not.
