The Bell n Bear grill is by far the best mixed grill I have had in years. To say I like my food is an understatement but I couldn't finish it. Best value for money around. You need to book if eating in the evening.
Large beer garden with great view of sunset. Friendly attentive staff. Great home style food, and good portions. Been back again today for lunch. We both had the steak and ale pie with chips and peas. It was excellent and the staff cannot do enough for you. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Tha
Went here today without a booking but the staff were very helpful and seated us straight away. Drinks orders were taken immediately. Food order was taken as soon as the drinks were bought to the table. Lovely menu with lots of homemade, traditional food choices. There was also a specials board. W
