After an awful experience at a nearby venue I came here instead and glad I did. I asked about a takeaway offer could be eaten in and she said yes and told me the price. Along with a drink and bread and butter, my meal was quickly served to my table.
Yesterday we went to Bobbo's for the 1st time even if we're local and i can tell you - we will never buy fish and chips anywhere else! It was the best fish, the best chips, even mushy peas and curry sauce were incredibly amazing 👍🏻 Sometimes you come home and fish is all wet, chips are sticking to the paper and are somewhat tasteless, while i promise you, Bobbo's will never leave you disappointed 🥳 The service is top! We felt like we're truly welcome there, will be definitely coming back ❤️

Friendly staff, food cooked fresh. The premises were being given a thorough clean whilst I visited, but already looked shiny and inviting before the clean.

I spent two weeks working away from home, Bobbo's provide me with fantastic lunches and friendly chats. The jacket potatoes are lovely, really generous portions. I also LOVED their world famous Fish and chips! Best fish and chips in the UK outside of Whitby. The staff were all lovely and always had a welcoming smile and took the time to chat. This really helped to make my trip away from from home more pleasant. Thanks Bobbo and the team, I'll definitely be back in when I'm next in the Black Country x
Food was amazing this chip shop is the best by far in the west Midlands. The food is cooked perfect and its always nice an hot. Portion size is really good value for money.
They are always really friendly and also make the time to say hello and ask how you are.

By far the best chip shop around, the orange chips are so fluffy with a perfected crisp on the outside, the pizzas are made fresh by the lovely lady and my god can’t you tell just how fresh they are.
Nothing is ever too much to ask of the owners, the food is cooked fresh for you on the spot, with a wide range of variety from fish, kebabs, southern fried chicken, pizzas & even fresh naans you will definitely not be disappointed, the shop offers both dine in or takeaway with plenty of meal deals to choose from.
The cleanliness of not only the shop but the toilets too are unmatched, a very well presented shop and you can see the owners put there heart and soul into making this establishment the best it can possibly be, with all the little added extras around the shop including a Bobbo’s fishing boat.
This shop is definitely worth a visit if you haven’t already had the pleasure of doing so, I can promise you will not be disappointed.
Prices are unmatched for the high quality food you will receive.

Such a friendly place - made to feel welcome from the moment I walked through the door. The BEST jacket potatoes!! On a previous visit I had sausage, chips and curry sauce, this was also delicious! Fresh, hot and tasty food cooked fresh! Well worth a visit!
Absolutely fantastic fish and chips, thought I would give them a try today due to the positive reviews and was very happy with the food and service. 2 large cod and chips, Bobbo fried the fish fresh in front of me, chips were delicious, golden battered and fish was fried to perfection. Bobbo and his team are clearly very passionate over the food they serve and give a very welcoming and friendly service. 5 star hygiene, 5 star food and 5 star service. Highly recommended.
Went for the first time last week after recommendation and we were not disappointed. Food cooked fresh and portions are generous. Spotless inside and staff are very friendly. Will definitely be back soon.
