Amazing pub. Owned by a lovely family who cannot do enough for you. We had my daughters christening here and the buffet they provided was the best we had ever seen. (all the guests agreed too) defo recommend

Beautiful food and great atmosphere. We have eaten there almost every night on our holiday in July and so it was natural to go back there on our second holiday here. Would highly recommend!

Just christened my children this weekend and had the party in the Ty Gwyn, perfect day all round, the buffet was amazing and nothing was too much trouble for them, they had also decorated he pub with bunting and balloons, This is my local pub so I often eat here and have never had a bad meal- friendly atmosphere and great food so would definitely recommend it x

Delicious food with friendly service. We've travelled 1400 miles and haven't sampled food this good. The roast dinners were superb and excellent value. Can not praise this establishment enough. Will definitely be returning. The area is idyllic.

Classic village pub. Walked in on a Saturday night and got a table for dinner in the bar area, it was bustling with people speaking Welsh. Lamb Shank was delicious. Biscoff cheesecake for pudding was nice too. The landlady was nice and friendly.

Absolutely brilliant pub. Landlady so friendly. Sunday lunch was excellent, the Welsh beef so tender, served and presented as itcwould be in a good restaurant. Cannot fault it at all. Village residents also so friendly, very pretty village, well worth visiting.

Really Lovely food, vegan/veggie options too for our friends. Fitted us in fairly last minute too. I had the beef dinner which was cooked to perfection. Great size potion, not too much. Great biscoff cheesecake too!

We had a lovely Sunday Roast today. Food was great and good size portions too but they clearly had forgotten about us and waited for over 50 minutes for our food. No apologies when they finally served us. Friendly service when I ordered though.

This pub was recommended by our B&B, Glenn Isa, which was not too far away and I have to say, it was such a great atmosphere. The waitresses were so nice and we enjoyed the food! If you’re lucky, you might hear everyone singing together in Welsh! Make sure to book a table in advance (depending on restrictions of course)! What we ordered: - fish & chips - pork belly - stella

My husband and I enjoyed our evening at Tý Gwyn Hotel. We liked the intimate eating area. We both ordered lasagne which arrived nice and hot and yet quickly too! I wouldn't normally have finished such a large portion but this was too good to leave. My husband enjoyed his pint of beer and we both enjoyed chatting with the very well travelled joint manager Lisa. Great service, super friendly. Thank you, we'll definitely be back!

My wife had the pork loin, which was really nice. Unfortunately no lamb shanks left for me, so had lasagne, which was ok.

Called in for Sunday lunch, we all had the beef. It was excellent as was the Biscoff cheesecake. The young lady serving us was lovely.
