After visiting Imber village, we decided to visit Rowley Cow Farm café for some lunch.
They serve a GF Sunday lunch and also have GF sandwiches. In our lunch party we ordered the quiche of the day, which was caramelised onion and roast veg quiche, it came with delicious chips and a salad, we had 2 small scampi and chips portions, a ham and cheese ciabatta, ice cream and an affogato, using their own ice cream.
I would highly recommend a visit. Incredibly lovely staff, clean and tidy and also busy. You can book a table.
We whilst visiting you can take home a bottle of their milk from the vending machine.
This place was packed, food was great and so was service. Have not been here since my children were little but going to bring them back again. Big portions and amazing ice cream definitely worth a visit no matter what age you are
Wow! What a lovely place. We were out for a drive and stumbled across the Rowdey Cow farm. We only thought we would have a snack and a cuppa, and that's what we ordered a toasted sandwich and a ciabatta. Both served with fresh salad, coleslaw and tortilla chips. The staff could not have been more pleasant. Having seen the rest of the menu, we will be back, and apparently the Sunday lunch is great as well. Ice cream is also made on site. A fantastic find and well worth a visit.
Great for breakfast and to let the kids run around. The garden is dog friendly too.
Very popular for venue hiring. Plus eaterie with large play area for kids. They open at 9am so you can get a breakfast or whatever. Sunday Lunch is very popular so book in advance. A good selection of meals and food throughout the day are served, all to a good standard.
Plenty of parking, lots of space inside and out. Staff are very friendly and the food is great. Plus there are lots of animals to entrain the kids ✅
I have been here so many times in the past and a lot more recently with my young son, who absolutely loves the space to play whilst watching the free roaming birds.the food is absolutely delicious. To be honest, it's all so tasty I can't choose an item, but I'm a fan of the ham egg and chips 😋. The ice cream is also a must. Yummy
Although very busy (Sunday and school holiday) I got served very quickly from the kiosk in the garden. I had only gone for an ice cream rather than any cooked food, so my review is based on the ice cream alone. However it was very tasty and creamy, and I treated myself to a milkshake from the vending machine which is amazing! The farm had a lot of play equipment for the children and lots of people seemed to be enjoying Sunday food so definitely worth a visit
Enjoyed our visit for a bit of lunch. Dog friendly. Outside play area for kids. Homemade ice cream. We chose a quiet day, with very few dogs or kids 🙂
Just happened to pick going here as it was
Mid afternoon and no pubs were serving food. Was luck that ended up being. Food was great. Have a nice selection of hot drinks as well and lunch menu. Has seating inside and outside. Has donkeys you can go and see. Be a fun place to take kids as well.
