My second visit ever. The food last time was beautiful. The best steak pie I've ever had. Today I'm back for my birthday the lady behind the bar was so present and genuine. The welcome was lovely. I'm sure my steak Today will be as nice as the pie last time.
First time visiting yesterday and we really enjoyed our time.
It was very quiet but there was still a cosy atmosphere inside.
We ordered our food at the bar, the team were really helpful and freidnly making reccomendations.
The food arrived quite quickly and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Great carvery! Meat was tender and juicy, yorkie puds were massive and the veg was just so tasty! The carvery bar was kept topped up. The staff were attentive and polite. The cost for the 2 of us to have a meal was good too. We'll definetely be coming back.
We used to visit here every week until Chris and his wife left and since then it's been one bad owner after another, until today! The food was once again delicious and we will now be back regularly, a huge well done to the new owners. 💓
We visited the pub for the first time. It has a great atmosphere and the staff are all very helpful and welcoming. The cowboy burger was lovely and no complaints from the rest of the family. The desserts were all great too and generous portions. We will definitely be back.
We often come for a drink every couple of weeks and bring our dog. On this occasion we thought we would try the carvery and we was all very impressed, one of the best we've had. Service is always great and friendly staff. We will definitely be back.

I ate as a part of a large party, service was good throughout and the food was amazing. I had the carvery, the meat was great, as were the sides and the gravy was perfect, not too thick, not too watery.

First time visiting The Nags Head. We were not disappointed!!! What a lovely pub!!! Staff were friendly and attentive. The food was brought to our table soon after ordering...generous portions, hot and cooked to perfection, delicious.

I visited for the first time a couple.of weeks ago with my husband and 3 children. The pub has a cosy welcoming feel. We ordered 5 mains and 5 desserts, everything was cooked to perfection 👌 The staff were all very friendly and efficient. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience from start to finish.
Visited on 8th December for festive meal with 23 others. Had a great evening, The food was very good and great value. We couldn't fault the staff , each and everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable evening.

The food was delicious and reasonably priced. I had the carvery and its was amazing beef is the best I've tried from a carvery. Partner had mixed grill and again tasted lovely. We will be back again very soon
