Popped in there today for lunch with my son isn't it nice when you find a place that serves Good Food would recommend and definitely going back
Had a great evening here watching the football match with a few locals and had a fantastic meal with a few beers. The bar staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely call in again when back in the area.
Great location, great food, great staff! Even put on the women's rugby world cup final which no other pub in Brighton would do! Thanks a million!
Great traditional pub, serving lovely home cooked food, lovely seafood, well kept beer, nice friendly staff.
Friendly staff and quality food, with the best chocolate brownie ever, top place.
Great atmosphere and Footie on in the corner...a real class pub with good food
Food and service were amazing! BBQ chicken is a must!! Definitely Texas sized portions!! The Coach House will be on my list of places to visit again next time I'm in town!!
My favourite pub. My family love to come for meal and drink.
Super pub, super staff and a great menu.
Great bar, friendly staff and very good beer.
Great pub good beers and lovely food
Awesomeness.. I live in Brighton but been there a few times and love it.. The food is very good and staff very nice.
Lovely pub always has been, good food, and nice friendly staff xxxxx
First time to The Coach House, fantastic atmosphere and great staff - will definitely be back!
Amazing place with a vast menu, plenty of seating and great atmosphere.
Booking a table ahead of time is recommend for lunch/dinner.
Everything we ordered tasted amazing. Great value for money. Staff are super friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend 👌
We had a Lunch time mid week meal with the family. Great big plates of food, all very tasty and reasonably priced, attentive staff, lovely atmosphere inside. You won’t regret it. Best to book up (call) for evening dining and weekends. Drop in for 1-2 people might be ok.
One amazing experience!
We decided on a whim to go towards Brighton on a Saturday morning and I am glad we did!
Walking along the coast towards Rottingdean was super relaxing and ending up in this pub was just the cherry on the top!
Nothing fancy, people dressed casually, with kids (us) and dogs (others) on tow. The food was delicious, portions were big and prices were fair for quantity and quality.
The ladies that manned the bar and helped us around with arranging the table for kids and helicoptered around us to make sure all is good... were more than great, friendly and a pleasure to talk to.
So, to sum up... wonderful area, good atmosphere, great food, the pocket won't scream at the end of this affair, and you will go away with a relaxing experience. Enjoy!
Awesome pub lunch today. The vibe & the quality of food & service is excellent.
The menu is vast and will suit all tastes & diets + the beer is tasty from the taps.
Can’t fault my experience today. I’ll definitely be back for more.
Attractive bar and dining room downstairs, with another dining room upstairs that has a balcony with a view of the sea (and off shore windfarm in the distance).
Order at the bar. Friendly, accommodating staff bring food to your table.
The Coach House has the best Ploughman's pub lunch I've ever found - multiple, high quality cheeses, and Cole slaw salad that's not mostly mayonnaise.
Secure wifi.
What a great find. The food was excellent. The staff were very friendly, and the atmosphere was great as it is used by locals as a pub and for food.
Great pub, we had a spot by the window & could see the sea. The cheesy chips were large and delicious, the staff were really friendly and there was a great atmosphere watching the rugby. 100% will return.
Great find today, friendly and relaxed atmosphere, food superb with good portions! Plenty of choice on the specials board.
During a bit of a pickle in travel I popped in, the staff were very accommodating and let me charge my phone, the selection of on tap drinks is impressive and a cozy atmosphere is always a winner, I'll have to come back to try the food, it looked and smelled great, sadly I didn't have the time today.
There are very few pubs left which are independent and run by an ever present Landlord couple. It shows. This is by a long way the best pub in Rottingdean.
It boasts an incredible position looking onto the water and great food. Specials are better than the typical pub fare (you don’t expect to be able to order a fresh skate wing on a Tuesday) and there is a strong local following that manages to be vibrant and yet welcoming and not at all cliquey.
