Not fond of the A14 but passed by (eastbound) due to M1 traffic at this time. Slightly confusing road markings on way in but it was daylight so I know the score for next time. Very helpful greeter. Good facilities and very clean. Menus seem a bit limited at the moment but that's not just this site.
Great staff, very friendly, one staff member even talking to and entertaining a young child while her father was obviously more interested in her phone than the child. 5 stars to that lady . Food was fresh , pop fizzy everything you need .
Not been here for a while, the service was the best I have ever had. I asked for a really fresh double sausage and egg with a fruit bag. They didn’t have a fruit bag so I had the hash brown and a really fresh sausage McMuffin.
I think I must’ve made a impression the last time I was here. They even came and asked if everything was okay.
We sat in instead of drive through. The staff we're really friendly. The ones that served us seemed genuinely pleasant and chatting. Food wise its still a Macdonald's. But, the food came quickly and everything we ordered was there.
OK, it's a McDonalds so you know what you are getting or you wouldn't be in there. No change there, the food was what I expected and it was served quickly.
One unexpected plus point was the toilets. They were absolutely spotless and smelt of nothing other than bleach.

Despite how busy it was with 2 coaches in on Sunday evening the order still came quickly and with a smile, well done staff team. The busy atmosphere helped as it was the hottest McDs food I've had in ages - should always be like.
1 of the cleanest of have been in when I'm traveling around keep up the good work I shall return next time I'm in the area
Popped in half way through a road trip for a coffee, some fries & a loo break. The place was clean & the staff very helpful. The fries could have been hotter, but otherwise we're nice. Lattes were hot & delicious. All in all a nice McDonald's. 🙂
Go here a lot. It can be so hit and miss. Sometimes the food is excellent like milkshakes being full on flavour and mcflurrys full of both chocolate and ice cream to other times it's just the smallest amount. Staff are normally the same and are generally helpful. It's one of my favourite drivethrus. And a nice parking spot to watch the cars go by. Internet can be tricky tho. Parking is very limited considering its almost a motorway service. There's a bin on the left which is easy to use. Getting out near the garage is crxp. Inside is cosy and again considering how many people use it the toilets are ok but ideally needs help. Don't stop here if you are towing.
McDonald's is McDonald's its alright, I noticed prices seem to have gone up again and there's new charges too for the likes of sauces, chopped lettuce
Very fast service. Food was nice. A little too much sauce in the wrap and burger though.
