Popped in for a quick lunch today with two friends. The leek & potato soup was delicious, as was one friend's lentil soup! We enjoyed good Food with beautiful view of isle of bute lake area! The sitting arrangement and the staff is very kind to give you the best place to enjoy your food. Sea food was quite fresh and the quantity was worth the money and view too..would recommend this place for dinner time as it's lit in

Excellent service. Pleasant staff. Well thought out Covid precautions (but maybe at the expense of atmosphere) Varied menu, great food at a reasonable price. Only minus. House wine was on the expensive side.

Oh dear after reading good reviews, we hoped for a pleasant meal. We expected a reduced menu and fewer tables but the waitress made no effort to welcome us and it was lacking in atmosphere . The menu was pedestrian, the only seafood was scallops with black pudding and chorizo and the fish and chips.

Food was excellent! I had the seafood platter, mozzarella garlic bread and a pint of poretti and honestly cant fault it. It came to 21.90 which was great value in my opinion.
