I had a hand spun milkshake which was very tasty, it wasn't as thick as I would have liked, but the taste definitely made up for it. I also had Cajun fries which were absolutely delicious and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. My main was the chicken sandwich, it was definitely good tasti
Having been to the branch in The Metro Centre, I was excited for the Rotherham branch to open.
Warm, friendly welcome from staff, letting us know that we could order via the digital kiosks or using the QR code at the tables.

I’ll be honest i was gutted beans and rice wasn’t on the menu coz they were banging in NOLA and Cajun fries could have done with some more seasoning, apart from that I’m well chuffed.

Absolutely blown away with food, service, cleanliness and staff. The food far exceeded our expectations and we have to give a special mention to Zainab who had a smile on her face the full 50 minutes or so we were there, and she never stopped lol. A credit to the company.

Way better if you compare it to a Kentucky competitor. Very nice clean restaurant and fast service. Chicken has been fresh. Fried perfect- so crispy and tasty. I'm back defo to this place.
Has the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich meal, tasted lovely, chicken was lovely and crispy, thoroughly enjoyed. The fries were lovely too, but you dint get many in a standard meal.
We went through the drive thu because the queue was out the door. The service was great, the server at the window was super friendly when we collected our food. Half way home we noticed that the fries from one of the meals was missing so we went back. They quickly rectified the issue and compensated
Went for first time yesterday it was amazing a million miles better than KFC food was so nice hot which makes a change and chips were nice to service is very quick actually went back the day after as well it was that good
Have never tried a Popeyes before, so as we were travelling through the area, we thought we'd try the drive thru.

The chicken was a bit disappointing, really nice textured coating but no flavour at all. I've never tried American biscuit
I liked the food. Would pick it over Mc Ds or KFC everytime and prices are about same (especially with cost of living prices).
Very clean and modern restaurant.
My kids were excited to try it and happy just to sit inside.
It was a lot quicker to go inside and eat opposed to using the drive thru.
My son and I have been here a few times now and each time we love our experience. The Chicken beats KFC hands down and the Chucken Tenders beats McDonald's hands down too.
The refillable drinks are a nice touch.

First time at Popeyes and will definitely be back! Had the chicken sandwich meal and a shake and did not disappoint! Was extremely busy but all the staff were extremely prompt and friendly especially the manager Manny who gave me a free sundae!
Really nice and clean new restaurant, bright and welcoming, quick, attentive and friendly staff especially Sruthi who kindly brought our food to the table and offered additional dips etc. Enjoyed a delicious classic burger and Oreo Milkshake - would definitely recommend. Nothing was too much trouble
