Food was decent, if you like KFC then this is no different to any other. Food was ready relatively quick. Only down side is the eating area could have done with abit of a tidy up, odd bits of food on floor and on tables. Other than that all good.
One piece of chicken was greasy but quick apology and replacement.
Service was great.
It's a personal gripe but the music, if you can call it that, was terrible and too loud.
I used the drive through great quick service but getting out on to Centenary way and turning right is dangerous once you are in the middle of the duel carriageway. Next time I'll turn left go to next roundabout to come back on myself
Kirsten was amazing.
Unfortunately the rest of the staff I could see was ignorant and lazy.
Letting Kirsten do all the work whilst they stood talking.
Genuinely felt for the lady.
I've put a complaint into kfc and also praise for Kirsten.
Staff are always friendly and willing to help, food is always cooked fresh as they're always busy with drive-thru & deliveries.
It's the best branch in Rotherham & always worth driving to it than the one near Asda
Really clean building, friendly staff and food that looks like the pictures and not like the road accident style mcdonalds food down the road
Nice place to eat and even better with eat-in service. The food is great and the staff are friendly and happy to help. The food is like any typical fast food place, nice and cheap and a good alternative if needed.
My only issues with this place is the cleanliness on some of the tables whenever i visit, there seems to be places neglected in the restaurant area and the fact the outside appearance of the place is not as good as when it was opened. Broken fences, smashed windows causing a shutter to be down constantly.
Great place to go but definitely needs some maintenance more frequently
Great fresh cooked chicken.
We went to the drive through as only passing through town, but were asked to come inside due to till trouble. But once we were in we saw others getting served at the drive through as normal.
Staff could have been friendlier but still good food and would go again. Would be better if a 'bucket ' wasn't just put in a bag, as loses the experience somewhat.
Restaurant was spacious clean & tidy service was good food was really nice & hot .
Staff were efficient friendly and restaurant was lovely and tidy.
Pleasantly impressed and could hear that the staff worked well as a team and were efficient and friendly conducting their work.

We called in to this KFC on our way back home to London after watching the Rotherham v Charlton game. The restaurant was very easy to find, when in there we noticed the store was spotlessly clean, from the tables to the floor to the toilets. The food was really lovely, cooked just right, in fact it was so hot, we couldn't eat it all, so took it home. We have never had chips that hot before, and my wife said her fillet burger was the same. The staff were every pleasant, friendly and efficient, all in all it was one of the best KFC's we have been to , and we have been to loads. Well done to all concerned.

After posting my review, I just read some other reviews, well the one from 4 months ago couldn't be further from the truth about ours.
Either notice was taken and they bucked up 100% or he had a bad one off...
I can honestly say our experience was 1st class..
