Food was decent, if you like KFC then this is no different to any other. Food was ready relatively quick. Only down side is the eating area could have done with abit of a tidy up, odd bits of food on floor and on tables. Other than that all good.
One piece of chicken was greasy but quick apology and replacement.
Service was great.
It's a personal gripe but the music, if you can call it that, was terrible and too loud.
I used the drive through great quick service but getting out on to Centenary way and turning right is dangerous once you are in the middle of the duel carriageway. Next time I'll turn left go to next roundabout to come back on myself
Kirsten was amazing.
Unfortunately the rest of the staff I could see was ignorant and lazy.
Letting Kirsten do all the work whilst they stood talking.

Staff are always friendly and willing to help, food is always cooked fresh as they're always busy with drive-thru & deliveries.
It's the best branch in Rotherham & always worth driving to it than the one near Asda

We went to the drive through as only passing through town, but were asked to come inside due to till trouble. But once we were in we saw others getting served at the drive through as normal.
