The food we received was tasty and hot and the staff were friendly and polite. Very quick service too.
Always get order wrong or forget something EVERYTIME we go it’s become our families running joke! Anyway We still go as it’s convenient & kids love KFC.. staff behind till really need training on customer service skills and try smiling it doesn’t hurt!! There’s a lady there called Christine (cleaning up) always smiling always chats to us & the kids lovely lady deserves credit. Nothing is too much trouble. Maybe get Christine to show the other staff how it’s done. Will be back again for the chicken
Very big change, it has been very poor in this shop for many years, I was happy to find it spotless clean.
The food was hot and served promptly.
The lady who cleans the table in there needs a mention, she always goes above and beyond and certainly an asset to KFC
Absolutely fantastic staff. Had a terrible day and so took my mum here just to get her out of the house ( shes severely disabled. The staff were absolutely fantastic, just helping by opening the door and helping us get a suitable table, also chatting to her whilst I figured out what was best to order for her to eat (I dont come here frequently). All just absolutely brilliant.
Excellent service. No waiting time at all. All cooked nice and fresh. Really friendly staff.
Kfc is generally a nice place to eat and my family favourite is the gravy megabox, for £3.99 and the kids meals, but I hate when the ice cream is down, which is more times than not, and they try and plonk you off with a horrible pinapple stick,,, yuck,, who likes them
