Plenty of space quiet parking. Running Fridges kept separate. Isn't always this empty. There's a parking attendant at night to help you find a space. And there's a £4.50 discount voucher towards your meal.
Good food. £20 overnight parking (Lorry). Showers and a pub. You get a discount on your food when parking aswell. Only thing I think could be improved on is the shower and toilet facilities as there's only a small amount of facilities for the size on the Truck stop.
Excellent stop for truck and their drivers, decent facilities rather quiet trough the night sequrity doing their checks trough the night and I also think its a nice place for dinner for civilians as well.
Good SNAP, big parking, over 200 spaces for lorry, you have to register inside the restaurant at the SNAP computer and you have a voucher for the restaurant. Very good food and drinks, nice serving. Clean toilets and showers. Thank you for everything.
Great Truck stop, probably one of the best in England, definitely in the top 5. Nice clean washrooms, safe parking, pub and restaurant on site, perfect place for a stop.
Delicious breakfast that’s huge for the price. Bacon, sausage, eggs, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, black pudding and hash browns. With toast too. All cooked lovely. The place is super clean and has a friendly atmosphere.
Hubby used to use this truck stop when he drove trucks. We used it coming back from Oxford.
Food is excellent. I had home made curry which was excellent. Next time I shall buy a spare to take home. Hubby had bacon egg and chips. When he was trucking he liked the roast and breakfast especially. There is also a bar for the overnight truckers sleeping in cabs
What a great secure truckstop. Arrived in time to get a good space. Simple to use the SNAP screen. £4.50 food voucher used on the excellent, massive portion of food from the carvery counter. Staff so pleasant and polite. Security guard wandering around all night long.
Overall what all truck stops should be like.
It was so refreshing to be treated like a human instead of the usual services cash cow.
Always plenty of parking available, 2 hours free as with most places. Restaurant area is always clean. Breakfasts are good and fairly priced. I've never been late enough during the day to have anything off the dinner menu or sample the bar area so can't comment.
Just been for first time and wow, homemade pie dinners with loads a meat innit, and creamy mash and fantastic cheese and broccoli. Ooh and the gravy is the best in the world. Thank you!
