Used to drive over here from Wath when we lived there many years ago. Passed today for the first time in years and popped in for a chip butty. Same high quality I remembered.😀
A really pleasant and clean interior. The fish and chips were well cooked. The portion size was very good. The restaurant was quiet at 5pm when we arrived but got busy as we left. There were plenty of tables reserved for later, so booking is advised
Really lovely flaky white fish. I had the scampi and the portion size was perfect , I enjoyed every mouthful. The rest of our party had fish and there wasn't much left. I would recommend to anyone and if I'm in the area again will definitely be going back

An excellent experience, the first time I have been! Friendly staff,! Fish cooked to order as it was late in the evening when I arrived! Looked clean! No problem, small amount of time waiting for fresh fried fish! Freshly fried chips and mushy peas! This was for 3 people!
I haven't been here for a while the fish and chips was lovely however the peas had abit to much salt in but the price is excellent
Only problem was they were out of chicken pies, which is what I really wanted. But I got the chicken nuggets and my friend got chips and everything was quite delicious!
We had lunch everything was freshly cooked and was superb value for money. I had aunch special of fish chips and curry sauce. The fish was cooked to perfection, it was pure white & broke away on pieces when cut, the batter was crispy & light. You got plenty of chips, as it was the lunch time special
Had grilled cod and salad, was delicious. Rest of our group had the OAP special which was excellent value. Will definitely go again.
Good prices and value, quality food not the best I've been to but certainly up there with the top chippies, certainly one of the best in Rotherham, I will be visiting again.

We each enjoyed a lovely pensioner special today. Friendly atmosphere, attentive staff and excellent quality food. A nice clean and airey restaurant. Fully recommended.
