First time here - great pub, Lee the barkeeper is incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. Very nice atmosphere and everybody welcome. Thanks ever so much.
Love this pub, was visiting my daughter and family. really good old fashioned pub.
Having just watched England win 2-0 it is my favourite pub to watch Englsnd win 2-0 in. The pub was well spaced out, covid secure and the Long Man was smooth. Pasties looked amazing.
Recently had a change of landlord. New landlord friendly and approachable, nice pub. Definitely drink there again.
What a lovely pub! Four of us ( two couples) popped in on Bank Holiday Sunday, such a warm welcome from Rowan and Katie. The pub was spotlessly clean, a really good selection of beers for such a small pub, which were all really well kept ( Harvey's and Guinness). They've created such a nice atmosphe
Has changed hands a few times over the years but current owners have now got it as a locals pub. Nice wooden style decor, 3/4 real ales, good choice lagers plus ciders. Now doing a pub grub menu. Well worth a visit.
New management! Fun & friendly atmosphere, good beer, great food. On a personal note, the new landlord Rowan saw me a bit worse for wear outside and invited me in to make me some food on his day off so I could feel normal again! How's about that for service? Kind, friendly and helpful staff and mana
Nice friendly attitude. Got here quite late thinking they would be closing up, was made to feel very welcome. It attracts a nice crowd. Will definitely stop by for another if passing.
Friendly, cosy, beautiful open fireplace. Quaint pub in the village. Good food offering although we did not eat. Stopped for a cuppa and a loo break . Newly refurbished the lovely lady said behind the bar. Will stop off later in year for a supper visit!
Just want to thank you for the lovely time we had last night. The service was top notch and we look forward to coming back to eat a vegan burger one day. 😉 Keep up the awesome work!
