Ordered a takeaway from Anisha’s for the first time. Polite and helpful staff member took the order and was able to assure me re. Allergies. Meal ready at the time they said it would be. Really enjoyed the curry as did my partner. Nice flavours and not greasy. Will certainly be back again soon. Than
Excellent idea - an Indian restaurant in a pub. Great choice of pub drinks (order and pay at the bar) with nice Indian grub. Was a bit noisy as the bar was full on a Friday night but a good experience overall. Would definitely visit again or maybe get a takeaway.
Past experience has told me that Indian Restaurants in small towns and villages tend to be awful but Anisha's bucks the trend! Their food is exceptionally good, all freshly made and delicious. Portion sizes are sensible, the naan bread is gorgeous and they do the best saag paneer in Northumberland.

Fantastic place and excellent quality curries. Rothbury has a gem. Even donner meat is juicy and with good portion
Consistently good. I particularly like the Lamb Dansak and the Chicken Nawabi but everything on the menu is worth trying.
